Lauren - many years ago (probably about 10 years?!) you posted a video where you dispelled the ignorant myth of ASMR being 'creepy' - you gave so many good explanations about ASMR and how it links to empathy. Still to this day when I am explaining ASMR to my friends, I quote the little amount I can remember from your video and it helps people understand. I know you deleted/privated many of your old videos but do you still have this one anywhere? I would absolutely love to watch it again as it was so informative. Where you compared it to homeless people riding the bus just to sit near to people? So long ago I know but it really was so great, would love to watch again if possible. - long time fan.

I have just watched it again and it's almost even more poignant all these years later now our society is even more saturated with technology. PS I started watching your videos when I was 16 and I am 29 now. You were a wonderful influence on me as I transitioned from teen years to adulthood and helped me develop compassion and a calm nature. I even joined a gym when I was 17 because of you - you said it helped not only with your physical strength but your "emotional strength", and that very statement inspired me to join my local gym and do a little bit of weight training, so I could feel emotionally strong too. Thank you for being a part of my life

@@AmbiPanbyI wouldnt really generalise because a lot of us are different these days. If she/he finds it boring thats okay. I am 19 and enjoyed it. Its not just about the age. You can also see that the channel was created 15 years ago and we dont know much about the person. Lets leave space for everybody's opinions and preferrences. Love, Ola
