    Is this the dirtiest video you’ve done so far? 😉 Beautiful tones from the T64. It’s on my bucket list. Thank you.

      @@standingbadger - Yes sir! I recorded it on my phone so it didn’t sound as good as it did in the room.
      The bridge sounds so good with OD.

    Hey Rich thank you for all your uploads, I discovered your channel while trying to found eastmam t64 clips. How do you compare the neck of the t64 with the t59 and maybe with the godin 5th kingpin?

    • @starrynightguitars
      @starrynightguitars  Місяць тому +1

      @@podfigo - thank you for checking out the videos. One big differences I see in the neck is that the body on the T 64 restricts you getting into the upper register where the T 59V had better access to the higher frets . That’s not a dealbreaker for me but I do miss getting into the range of the 15th to 17th frets.
      The height of the fret is very similar to the T 59V and they’re very nice. The Godin has almost no fret and they are very low. It also blocks your access to the fret above the 12th or 13th due to the body.
      I do like the Godin for sitting around and playing it acoustically as it’s pretty loud without any amplification.

      @@podfigo thank you for checking out my videos. Both the T5 9V and the T 64 are beautiful guitars but I find some slight differences in the neck. The T64 doesn’t have as easy access to the higher frets once you get above the 12th fret. This is not a dealbreaker for me but the access to higher frets is much or assessable on the T 59V.
      If you were a player who likes to play way up the neck that fact might be a dealbreaker with the T 64. I love how light this guitar I s and I’m really loving the sound of the P90 pick ups.
      As far as the Godin, that has almost no fret. I tend to find myself playing that when I just grab a guitar and sit down and play it as it’s quite loud without any amplification.

      It is the neck of the t59 fuller or chunkier as I saw on eastman forum site?

    • @starrynightguitars
      @starrynightguitars  Місяць тому +1

      @@podfigo - yes, I’d say the T59 has a bit more chunkier neck. The T64 also feels like the fingerboard might be slightly more narrow.
      If you have large hands you might find the T59 more comfortable.
      Both are really comfortable to me so the difference is negligible.

    Hey Rich, thanks for the video. One things that is not clear to me from the description on sites like Sweetwater is whether this is fully hallow or semi hallow (with center block). Can you clear my confusion? Really looking to get this one.

      @@Ruddy_ - Yes, this guitar is fully hollow- no center block. Very light as well.

      @@mitasaron2735 - Nope. I wanted the pedal board that goes with it and it’s only available for the 100.
      However, I’ve only used it two or three times. 🫤
