Hey Natalie, I just discovered your channel around the month or so back. It's one of the most valuable channel on YT. I am a senior golfer, 58, with chronic back problem. I do a lot of strength workout so that I can play golf. Can you do a video on some easy to do stretches that I can do in the changing room post the game?
And yet another great exercise! Both my shoulders are torn and the right one stiffens up. This really helped loosen it up. Please come and visit us on this side of the pond! BTW I give this one a thumbs up.
Hi Nat, please can I ask your advice. I am 61 & have played the wonderful game since I was 12. I play all year round and have played off winter mats. I now have tennis elbow and its really sore Wrist movements flexion and extension are ok, but Ulnar deviation is a killer! So in the downswing it really hurts. some people say "Get in the gym and build muscle to protect it some say don't play and rest it. Some say twist soft roller and release slowly. There are so many views it hard to know whats the best. I am icing it as much as poss. What would you suggest? I am desperate to get back out on the course. Thanks
@@peterthomas7748 Hi Peter to be honest my best advice on this one would be to go and see a Physio. Sometimes the golfers elbow issue doesn’t always originate from the elbow, it can start up in the neck or shoulder. A physio should be able to help you get to the root of the issue so you can begin to rehab it. I know this is a common issue for lots of players so I will add this to my filming list. Sorry that’s not more helpful.
As always your lessons are awesome. Played today, OK. Much looser in movement, a big plus. Many thanks. The highlight was seeing my mates faces when I could do a full squat to read my putts! It was priceless. 🤣🤣🤣 Can't thank you enough. 👏👏👏
Ok got it, buy a gym, buy a weight rack and do some stretching… 😂 Uuuh just joking again and well done very good exercise that no, I haven’t tried yet. I swim crawl every other morning and although good exercise, I have noticed that I’m coming around my body more with the driver swing and didn’t know why; so I’m sure this will help. Well done, thank you and keep up the great work! Socks

@@Golfing-AddiCt Hi Olly, you can definitely do this everyday as a homework. Or use it as you first warm up exercise when at the gym or pre golf 👍🏻
