He sounded just as good in his late 70’s as he did at 33 when his first charting single hit radio.
We lost Don in 2017.

I'm a single 32 year old, and you can often catch me singing Don Williams' "You're My Best Friend" around the house.
I was privileged to work security for Don when he came to our town for a concert back in 1992. He was in terrible pain from his back issues, but he was still such a kind man and just a joy to be around. He definitely made sure his fans got a great show. It takes pure talent for a man to enthrall an audience while just seated on a stool and singing.
Don is singing for God now🙏🏽🙏🏽✝️

@@sherribrock2726 Nope I waited and they never came back to the 60's/70's Best Generation of Music that has EVER been made ! Nothing can come close no genre in any century except maybe Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in his time.
