Yeah bloom wont render out for some reason!! Single image works but not image sequence with transparent enabled. Weird as this used to be so easy to use.

Make sure that when you are applying the "bloom", use the render preview mode to see how your render will end up! If you use material preview mode, the lighting may end up very different!

Wow I didn't even know blender 4.3 came out yet! Unfortunately I am unaware on how to add glare in 4.3 as of right now, but let me know if you find a way!

Make sure that you are in material preview! Also, after you use the composition the glow should be stronger!

Simply only select one object for compositing! If this does not help can you please go into detail about your problem?

Actually they aren’t. There’s a reason why it was done.
This blender is focused on RTX 3000 and 4000 video cards. If you have 2000 and 1000 series you will have a lot of problems creating bloom.
There is no glare in Blender 4.3
