Saw Static-X open for Slayer and Pantera in San Jose, California. Craziest show I've ever seen. The entire floor of the hockey arena was a mosh pit. Started as a bunch of small ones that just kept growing into one giant swirling pit.
Watched Satic X open for Korn in the UK some years ago, I'm a Korn fan but for me that evening, Static X were the band for me! (in fact left not long after as i'd seen Korn earlier that week at a festival & only went to see 'SX'. Been a fan ever since, such a shame Wayne has been taken from the world, we can only guess now how big they would have been... This is a cool 'riff' on the band though, great idea. 👍🤙🖖✌🤘👌🍻
I like how the drummer played the intro for Debonaire when they mentioned Dope, and played Denial when he mentioned Sevendust. Love all of those bands, this must have been a great show.
