The only way to keep the betas in your pack is by dangling carrots infront of their snouts making them think they are alphas or sigmas themselves
As a life long alpha I can provide additional tips. For example if its your first day at a new job be sure to immediately urinate in the bosses face thus marking the workplace as your territory. (I seem to change jobs frequently for some reason so I practice this one a lot)
