  • Welcome to Kitchen 27; today, I will share my favourite recipe from my grandma: braised pork intestines. The cooked large intestine is ruddy and has several layers; each is fresh and delicious, combining fragrant, spicy and salty. The most crucial tip Is how to clean it; I would share the secret information. I hope you like it.
    Ingredients:
    Pork intestine: 600g
    All-purpose flour: 120g
    Rock sugar: 40g
    Star anise: 10g
    Green onion: 5g
    Ginger: 30g
    Garlic: 20g
    Chili pea paste: 2 tbs
    Light soy sauce: 1 tbs
    Dark soy sauce: ½ tsp
    Lecture root: 600g
    Vegetable oil: 3tbs
Water: 2 and 1/2 cups (2 cups for instant cooking, ½ half cup for braise in pan)
    Salt for taste
    Steps:
    1. Wash the intestine in a big pot. Add flour and rub for 2 mins, flip into another side, and use the same way. Rinse the flour. One more time, use flour and rub them, then clean them.
    2. Add intestine to instant pot and boil for 10 minutes with high pressure.
    3. Prepare the vegetables: take off the lecture roots, rolling cut them into small chunks.
    4. Chop ginger, garlic and green onion into fine pieces and set aside.
    5. When the intestines are done in instant port, take them out and put them on the chopping board, and cut them into 1-inch length chunks.
    6. Add oil to a frying pan, add rock sugar, and wait 4 mins until they are melting and become caramel; add ginger, garlic, chili pea paste, intestines and soy sauce, and mix them very well until all of them are covered with brown colour.
    7. Add lecture root and ½ cup of water, cover the lid cook for 15 mins (if you like it more tender, you may cook more than 5 mins).
    8. Season to taste with salt.
    9. Serve it on a plate; pinch green onions on the top, and eat with rice, noodle or your favourite meal.

Bonjour mon amie. Je ne sais pas de quel pays vous vienez ? est-ce que quelqu'un mange ça dans votre pays? Les intestines de porc que l'on trouve habituellement dans les supermarchés asiatiques ? Si vous aimez le goût, vous serez accro.
