When your in normal mode look at the bottom of the screen you’ll see it is recording in 4K 30fps. Click on this and your 4K etc options will appear along the bottom of the screen.
Hi there.. My Mavic Air 2 won't go over 40km/hr (25mph), even when in sports mode. It doesn't matter whether I'm going with or against the wind... 40kmh/25Mph is the fastest I've got it to go in sports mode. It has the latest firmware. Any idea what it could be? Would changing gimbal settings affect the flight speed at all? I'm clueless on this one.
Hey, when comparing different features you should split the video in half, and put one setting on the left and one setting on the right. It's hard to tell the difference when I cant compare them at the same time.
+Drone Nerds can you answer me please i want to ask why mavic air 2 the video live camera looks better and more clear then my mi drone 4k cuz it's expensive and better ?
Does Anyone know how to change the Exposure Value? Mine is greyed out, I am in Manual Exposure and able to change everything except the exposure value.
UA-cam doesn't downgrade your image quality. You can upload 4K at 24, 25, 30 fps, and 44-56 Mbps. You can even upload at a high frame rate at 48, 50, 60 fps at 66-85 Mbps.
I’m finding I get a tone of noise in my Mavic Air 2... I try to keep my iso low, I keep my shutter 2:1, I use the supplied ND, I’ve shot in h.264 and h.265, I shoot in 4K, I’ve shot in D-Cinelike and Normal... I’m not sure why it’s doesn’t look clean like your images you showed here!
0:39 --- "I go into the 'exposure value'..." That is exactly what I want to do. How? How?? I am trying to use histogram to adjust exposure for photos. Been all through the manual, 30 minutes of videos and all the menus. No joy. This was a snap with the old Mavic Pro.
@@DroneNerds thank you, it got quite confusing when i not can change the camera settings for film. its also a messy app, when i got used to mavic 2 pro, DJIgo4 app.
Great tips! I'm preparing to do my first fly fishing videos / casting videos with mavic air 2. The ev -3 tip will be really helpful I believe and I had not heard that before so thanks for that. I appreciate these shorter videos with concise info. Difficult to find in the Drone how to space. Great stuff. Thanks
Great Video, I think with the new Go App that is for the Mavic Air 2 and Mavic Mini, it is more simplistic, easier to use. I have the Mavic 2 pro and other drones, but most of the time your traveling and want to get a quick video, I don't want to spend a lot of time figuring out what looks best, you just want to get the shot. Thanks for pointing out the white balance, I usually left on auto but your right manual makes more sense. Dave..
I’m not sure how you are getting shortcuts either. The app your using is different then any DJI Fly app I’ve had. I’ve updated to every new version which has come out and I’ve never seen a couple of those settings. Very curious why yours is different. Enjoy.
Nobody's going to say any difference between the 1080P and the 4K just like it shows in your video no difference. Unless you're zooming in which most people don't do when they're watching movies.. And this has been proven extensively on televisions and everything else when it comes to 4K versus 1080p people really don't notice the difference.. and there is not going to be someone always sitting next to you trying to point it out either. Not to mention the enormous space it takes up, all the buffering, data it uses, CPU power etc etc.. The same thing that happened with audio has happened to video that's why 4K believe it or not is not really caught on in America for the most part billion dollar companies like football and places like comcast, Xfinity don't really broadcast in 4k not even the stations. How about phones? Samsung and Apple still have not adopted 4K when it comes to the screens.. the default setting is always 1080p People realize it doesn't make that much difference and it's just not worth the effort.. It just matters to a small group of people who love to edit and think that it matters.. But to the people watching it doesn't. And not to mention have you ever looked at the automatic selecting on UA-cam and other social media apps when it comes to picking resolution.. THEY ALWAYS PICK A LOWER RESOLUTION BECAUSE IT WORKS BETTER ON THE INTERNET AND BUFFERS LESS.. NOBODY EVER CHECKS!! So for instance you do a video in 4k I bet that over 80% of the people that watch UA-cam never manually sets their resolution and UA-cam almost always picks 720p or 1080p and no one is ever going to change it. In general for most people in the world 4K has really not caught on and it's really overhyped.. This is not my opinion this is a statistical facts using data and people's eyes and have been proven over and over again with AB comparisons nobody really notices the difference.. But nevertheless people who like cameras will be obsessed with this stuff and good for them they're using their own money and it's their hobby!! ;)

I agree, in daylight, a minus.3 setting keeps the highlights from being blown out in most cases and give better saturation in video.
hii
I am not able to find 4k on my mavic air 2. When I am in video mode ot shows me only normal , HDR. How to get options for 4k?
When your in normal mode look at the bottom of the screen you’ll see it is recording in 4K 30fps. Click on this and your 4K etc options will appear along the bottom of the screen.

Just got my MA2 Today. All setup and ready to go. Rain in the forecast naturally. At least we aren’t in a deep freeze.
Hello, how can I reduce the speed of Aircraft of mavic Air 2 drone?
Is that exposure compensation only for auto mode or does it also work in manual setting?
Hey, when comparing different features you should split the video in half, and put one setting on the left and one setting on the right. It's hard to tell the difference when I cant compare them at the same time.
You’re app has a shortcuts tab on the dji go app. Is this an Android thing?
Hi How do we slow down the right-to-left turns?

Whats best to record in for going straight to UA-cam 4K and FPS as UA-cam downgrades it?

Hi! What version of DJI Fly are you using?
Thanks for the information. Great video
Why didn’t you talk about hdr video? You prefer normal?

It's not easy to get difference between 1080 & 4K by eyes.
