Love the rawness of the work and training you get without music. Great video but definitely prefer just hearing the sounds of the athletes training, you can a real feel for their environment and hard work.

Although…the sound of a pool is pretty crap also…it’s not like the magic of footsteps on pavement or soil…
But the music is absolutely terrible.
Music is ok, don't worry about it, its energetic, like training music should be.
The data of her training would have been interesting, especially the splits of the track workout but also of the bike and swim sessions. I would prefer it also without the music. However, overall a great video that shows the high volume and hard work of triathletes.

didn't watch it but I there is a whole Series on yt called "Team Ingebrigsten". and there a lot of training videos as well and most of his workouts are known

I find it irritating to see people cycling side by side on a busy road blocking traffic and I’m a cyclist and don’t even drive 😂 Maybe it’s just me
That was a downhill section… looks like they gauged the speed of traffic and matched it… slowing no one down.
