Clara Evans are both preparing to race Seville Marathon
on February 19th with the goal of running
the Automatic OIympic Qualifying Standard.
Joining them in this workout is Hoka One One athlete Silke Jonkman.
Jill is also preparing to race a
Half Marathon in 8 days time.

Time for a dead cat and a filter 😀 seriously though I love these vids. I did see some weird comments about one of the ladies technique. I remember seeing her on one of the big races and she was awesome. We are not all aesthetically perfect in our technique because we are all built differently.

Unfortunately its not technique, she's compensating for bio-mechanical inefficiency. 100% will lead to injury or long term damage... if it hasn't already.
@Chris Olson thanks for mansplaining that to me. I'm 22 years into my running career now and I've never had an injury but now that you've advised I'll be sure to change how I do things

Quick question - do they ever have to worry about any of the wildlife over there when they are out running? I always wonder this when i see athletes running in the open roads of Kenya but haven't seen it mentioned on any video? Thanks.
The only thing you have to worry about is cows blocking the road
