You don't have to apologize for loving slip joints. I have a few old case knives from the 50's, 60's and 70's when they still made amazing quality knives. We fought the British off with slip joints in our pockets and went through the civil war with slip joints in our pockets and won two world wars with slip joints in our pockets, built the dominate country on earth with slip joints in our pockets and on and on. I like modern knives too but I have to have slip joints in my pocket every day. I have a Victorinox ALOX farmer X in one pocket and my 2K Microtech/Strider collaberation in the other pocket. Slip Joints are pure class and sophistication.

For me, traditional folding knives are a way to slow down, relax and recharge. I don't have many of them and I don't know much about their history and features. But these are great knives "for the soul" (I don't know how to translate it correctly, sorry, original "для душі") and to diversify your experiences.
    I have such knives:
    - Fox Nauta (modern slipjoint based on the pattern of the Mediterranean knife of fishermen and sailors)
    - Victorinox Camper
    - customized Opinel (not a slipjoint, but also a nice knife)
    - BPS Friction Folder (not a slipjoint, but an interesting simple knife based on the pattern of a medieval peasant folding knife. Very simple, but budget and made in Ukraine).
    Thanks for the video 👍

Beautiful way of putting it, I agree completely! Thanks for watching!
