This stretching worked great for me. I had numbness in my index and middle finger and after stretching this way it immediately helped. In about 1.5 weeks it completely went away. Thanks so much for sharing this video. Great!

wow, this helped quite a bit. not sure if the 'nerve flossing' i did earlier helped it (where you straighten your arms out to both sides and turn head while turning hands) but i could feel blood flow back into my hands pretty quickly with this stretch and now i can type a lot faster without fumbling so much, i can usually type 90 wpm but lately i can barely type at all but now feels somewhat back to normal. thanks!!! i had no idea the pectoral areas would have that much effect. though i have a question, is stretching to the point i'm shaking or feel like i'm making my hands fill up with blood too far? anyway, i could feel a lot of cool sensations/warm sensations all at once afterwards, and that very enjoyable chill down the spine after this.
hi im really worried about my heart im 17 no history of heart problems but I have horrible numb feelings in the left side of my body from my jaw 2 my toe mainly in the left arm along with tingling. I get chest pain every day and sometimes jumps in my chest I feel sick and do have gut problems but that isn't the issue here. I also sometimes feel dizzy and feel like I have a lump in my throat. ive had a resting ecg a blood test and an echo heart scan they all came back normal. but im scared they've missed something this symptoms are ruining my life especially the numb feelings on one side. can an echocardiogram detect if you have a heart problem or can it makes things the doctors are sick of seeing me now and insist everythings fine but im sooooo worried

The tingling/twitching started happening once school started, so I'm assuming the pressure is what's causing it. That and the fact it's just in my pinkie and barley on my index finger. Thank you for the video!

I thouqht index finqer was the pointer (next to thumb)...
