The First Dan Campbell season was learning how to win and then get that first win. Second season, learning how to stack wins. Third Season, Get to the Playoffs, win the Northern Division, and make it to the NFC championship game. Fourth and current season, win the Super Bowl!

The Lions will be successful in the next 2 years guaranteed its not rocket science...If the top of the chain is just competent it will trickle down and fruit some rewards. If the upper management and HC can all speak the same language then its guaranteed success virtually...Everyone has talent its more than that its culture and standards that make teams perennial winners. You can only imply those when you can be trusted 100% by the players, they have to know that you won't change up when things aren't going so well! You heard Brockers say "this game ball is for Coach for believing in us" Despite losing all those games..Dan never wavered he stood with his guys and through that dark road they found their leaders and their stars who will right the ship when needed. They are a young talented QB away from having a great run at a Chip!
