Back in the day, I made myself a Steven Covey fold out week diary on my computer and put it in my filofax each week, so every time I opened it, I saw my time zoning and my to-do list. That worked for a while but as you say, anything on the computer 100% doesn't stick at all. I use a Moleskine notebook, always opened at a double page that I've turned into 'week to view'. Might try a Kanban board in it now with tiny post-its...
I have a digital version of my Kanban board I recently tried........Sadly, even though it opens up first, it just does not stick at all. I was so disappointed. Back to paper and it is working fine.
Even though I am pretty good at finishing things and used to use lists a lot, quite well, I love the visual nature of the kanban board. I really cannot bring myself to go back to lists because prioritization you build into a list gets ruined when you have a new thing comes into the equation, that list might have to be rewritten entirely. I can rearrange sticky notes all day, and not have to rewrite lists based on new information that changes relative importance of everything else on the board.
Thanks for sharing! - I here you on lists. I write the key things that must be done today down. Often life tasks. Thanks to the ADHD meds this has been a really nice addition to my practice

Pre medication and even now the kanban board works for so many where everything else hasn't

A great video, thankyou...it is a powerful tool....there is power in writing stuff on paper too
Particularly given what I know now. The power of standing up and physically interacting with a board is so important!
thank you for doing these
