I have been hitting my dash board over a year. Some times I don't need to because my a/c will blow. But when it doesn't I have to hit that area. Where the fan is, I feel like I can hear it trying to connect most times before hitting it. Do you think its the fan or wiring?

Where you were working could it cause the carpet to get wet? I have some kind of leak and I can't find where it's coming from. But today I found out my fan motor may be going out. Because of a popping I hear when I turn up the fan.
It could be the drain for the sunroof but if you don’t have a sunroof I am going to say I hope it’s not the heater core but that’s about the only other thing that I can think off that might cause the carpet to be wet

I know this is a few months old but take a look all the way to the right. Take off that kick panel and lift up the rug. Thats were water was coming in. Might help you.
What ever made that there home must have eaten throght the cabin air filter. Or there is no filter in place. As thats the only way to get in there.
