i lost it when he started walking away. I love bagpipes, they're so solem, beautiful and mystical. RIP your majesty.
The way they slowly fade, almost got me crying
I DID THE SAME THING!! RIP QUEEN ELIZABETH II!!
Oh no.. same here😰
Rest In Peace all Ma Jesty’z ♾️🌊🪷🔥💦
And if you notice, his steps were very precise, and practiced. Absolutely beautiful.
This was by far the most emotional part of the ceremony, pulled a few heart strings along the way
Totally agree. It makes you think/feel her Spirit is leaving and fading away through the building. Going to miss her.
😘👏👏
I lost it at this part. Very touching
I did not know they dine this...I j7st lost my mom and it broke me...even Charles had emotion...new respect....I couldn't even sit through watching her being lowered in the vault
I still just can't believe she's gone. I knew she was an old lady, but somehow thought she'd just keep on keeping on.
The sound fading as he walks away.
Powerful stuff ! 😢
that played her all the way to our heaveenly father sweet piper man
This must’ve been a very emotional and heartbreaking moment for him and also of course her family members💔

"Her" with an uppercase H in the middle of the sentence? Bruh, she's not God.
@@aikapalis4219 it's a show of respect
@@aikapalis4219 and unlike god, she actually existed 🤷🏻♂️

You’re actually right! I changed it!! I indeed did think about it but since I’m not British I didn’t really know how to refer properly and didn’t want to get offended by Brits …
When he started walking. It felt like an ending of something big. It just broke my heart. May HM Queen Elizabeth II rest in peace.
Because she truly was treasured by many people of the world because of how she dedicated her life to her nations as she said she would. Wonderful lady, Gracious, beloved Queen.❤
Sie wurde so geliebt, von allen Menschen
Sie hatte Charisma, das der Raum erleuchtet war. Eine wahnsinnig tolle, schöne Frau und Queen❤❤❤
This totally broke me. Again. I was fine at the funeral until Last Post and Sleep, Dearie, Sleep. Totally lost it. Pulled myself together until they passed the pony and the corgis. Lost it again. Pulled myself together and was fine until the Piper played at the Commitment ceremony.
Yes me too, in those same spots. 😢 oh she will be missed !
Same me too ❤
👍😊🙏😊🇬🇧Same!😢💔😢💔😢🇬🇧
Best comment award
I lost it with the horse lifting his leg.. no one is riding him to hv him do that. . . he just knew! Absolutely amazing! 🐴💔
The entire day was one of the most powerfully emotional things I've ever witnessed....

I don’t know why I’m sad since hearing Queen Elizabeth passing away, I’m not British , I’m not even christian , I’m just a normal man from Kuwait , but i always thought she would live forever , always a queen , she has a special place in my heart since forever , last year i lost my father , i never thought loosing someone so close , i was devastated, now again loosing someone though not a family member , but felt like one , rest in peace 😭
Yes but your human with feelings and that's a good thing 🌻🌻
Vous êtes quelqu'un de bien
i hope on the day of judgement u are raised with her along with her whole family. and her eternal destiny become yours too
Me exactly as well. I lost my father last year too. And I feel the same. From state of Virginia in USA.
Losing my dad and now the Queen reminds me how I've aged. And me and my brothers generation are next. It scares me a little.
The Queen was the worlds grandmother. She was the elder who spoke when something needed to be said and the world listened because she rarely spoke on worldly matters. She kept traditions while enabling changes to happen. That’s a rare skill to master.
Why does this tear me up? The great life of Queen Elizabeth? The faithfulness of the bagpiper? Praying the living will have peace in their hearts. My respect to family.
Because, just like most of us, this brings us memories of someone we have had dearly and we lost. And the way this was arranged portrays love and devotion towards the person that has passed.
Because it is also history and for thousands of years. We need history we need background we need roots we want to connect so we belong to the past.
It started in scotland and finished with the bagpipes no more than a fitting tribute to our queen
Sound like the queen walked with him and leave for heaven where the light is and she already sees everyone here for her. It's true to touch her heart for prayer and send a lot of of love. She watches over her beautiful family. She is an angel already! The song is her favorite. :)
This was absolutely the saddest part of the whole service. Every morning he played for her, for years… he memorized over 500 tunes… 😢😢😢😢. Sending love and comfort his way😘
Her memory is a blessing
Maj Paul Burns... You had the honour to wake Her Majesty the Queen each morning with that beautiful music. You played it one last time as a somber lullaby. She will Rest Blissfully with her Husband, her King Philip. You did yourself proud, and you made all of us here in Teesside proud too. Thank You for your service and dedication to our late Monarch.
Brilliantly stated. Thank you.
Always sends a shiver down my spine. Just beautiful for a beautiful Queen. 😪
Beautiful ❤😢
I never thought that instrument can make such a deep impact on heart, music directly flows to the heart....
This part was very touching and sad.
What a powerful moment this was. ...
I cried like never before. I've been crying for 10 days in waves. Calling Queen Elizabeth out to meet her Prince Phillip. Just beautiful Sir. Thank you❤❤❤
I find myself doing the same. Im tired of crying but i was 3 yrs old when she became Queen. Her face is the epitome of British dignaty.
Same here. Been crying whenever I'd see or hear anything about the Queen... And it really hit me hard seeing the piper play and then walk away
Watched the whole thing from beginning to end BEAUTIFUL 💐🌹, but this is the moment that got me, the dedication to play her awake everyday even when she's not at the castle, but to play her to her final rest🥺❤️
So touching. Thank you for Sharing
I absolutely cried too. Beautiful moment and fitting tribute for a magnificent Woman.
I'll bet that was his proudest moment. It made everything worthwhile.
Requiescant in pace, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.🙏🙏🙏
An honour he'll remember for the rest if his life, and will go down in history for.
I bet it broke his heart and I believe his performance on that day was the best he ever did for her.
This was the most beautiful ending . Bravo
My Prayers and Deepest Condolences are with with The Royal Family and everyone that served Queen Elizabeth so well.
Rest In Peace My Beloved Queen, Your Pain Is Fresh In My Heart We Will Not Forget You And We Will Miss You So Much
Indeed yesterday I will

❤
BARANSEL: SUCH A BEAUTIFUL FAREWELL MESSAGE!! ❤🙏❤
He must have felt so honored to be the one sending her off. For her to have requested him to do it would have made me cry if I'd been in his shoes. He did a beautiful job, well done you. Rest in peace beautiful Queen Elizabeth.
It is sad but so beautiful moment
RIP HM the Queen
Amazing and how proud he must be being requested personally 😢👏👏👏👏
I never thought grief could be so beautiful.
I was holding it together through out the whole broadcast... until this point. Couldn't keep tears from rolling down my cheeks; never met the Queen but I only knew her.
I'm not even British and I'm devastated
Tears rolled down my eyes when I heard the bag pipes so beautiful rest in peac our beloved Queen 💖💖💖💖😪
😢😢❤❤
So moving.
The lone Piper lulling Queen Elizabeth II to her rest.
May your soul rest in peace. .
So beautiful,at the end the piper goes to the light.... Seems like her soul symbolic to the light... May she rest in peace
Oh my goodness... You are absolutely right.
Only an artist could have, would have seen this connection. It makes the trailing of the song, if possible even more beautiful.
RIP My Queen hope you are with your husband and all your dogs ❤️❤️❤️.
We will miss you, yes you know the future is unsure. But we will go forward you are in the UK's hearts
I remember the bagpipes and the walkaway from Prince Phillips funeral last year, closing out the service.
I watched the service on tv before and after. I cried but when the bag pipes started I lost it… Beautiful service to honor the Queen! ❤
This is so beautiful and melancholy at the same time, rest in peace the Queen 👑 Elizabeth II.
This had me cryyyyyyying! He's leading her spirit to rest.
So full of grace and elegance. God bless you my Queen.
Tears, tears, tears. She will be missed!! Rest in glorious peace beautiful lady.
Rest in peace our beloved Queen! You will always be loved and remembered. ❤️
God bless rip queen Elizabeth 🙏 and the pleasure was all mine Ma'am 🌹🌹 heartbreaking the Piper played her final send off ...
It's ironic. All these years he was waking her up with the bagpipes, now he put her to sleep forever. Such a sweet and emotional moment🥺🥺 RIP ma'am🙏🏻🙏🏻
What an emotional day.I didnt think i would be moved at all,but there were moments when i shed a few tears for the Queen and happy memories.❤
What an honor for this talented man!
RIP Q E II 💙🙏
While the Queen's coffin slowly goes down to the vault, The sound faded as he walks further away💔 Such a powerful and majestic honour to the queen👑 Rest in Perfect peace 🕊️
I never thought I’d ever cry to the sound of a bagpipe. Him walking away was the closing of a monumental era.
This entire funeral was beautiful and emotionally moving enough already but honestly the shot of her majesty's horse Emma, her corgis Muick and Sandy then the piper playing were the moments that definitely activated the waterworks the most😭❤
This must have been really heartbreaking for him knowing that that he would never wake the Queen up this way after having done it for so much of his life
That’s touching. It’s incredible, he has witnessed a life with the Queen and served her like a loyal friend. He was a young man himself when it started. It’s like he is saying goodbye to his friend after being together so long.
Such a poignant moment 🙏🏼❤️🩹
I just love this so hauntingly beautiful 😥🇬🇧
this was the most beautiful end🌹May Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II rest in peace..
Gone but never forgotten, from Malaysia 🌹
This just breaks my heart with the sweet tenderness of it He showed THE QUEEN'S own kind of dedication. I do Love the pipes. What a perfect ending to this journey of life and beginning to Her eternal life I Love you QUEEN ELIZABETH II.. I will miss you greatly You have always been an important part of my life. Rest in Complete Peace Most Beloved QUEEN.
A Colorado Mountain Grandma, USA💜
Beautiful and haunting at the same time. RIP and thank you, your majesty.
A beautiful tribute to an honorable woman. Rest in peace Your Majesty.
Queen Elizabeth truly loved Scotland.❤
God bless our Royal Family and our beautiful Nation 🇬🇧♥️💐
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you sir. Rest peacefully Your Majesty. 🕊😇❤️
When they showed a panned out picture of the funeral procession and her horse all by itself to the right; i broke down right there at that sight. What a lady, what a class act down to every detail. What A Queen! Her passing marks the end of an era for sure. Thats a sad reality. RIP Queen, you will stand the test of time.
This is so beautiful and sad at the same time..
R.I.P Queen Elizabeth II
A GREAT time has come to an end with you.
The sound of Major Burns' bagpipes is very beautiful!
This part here was emotional for me, I can't imagine how sad it was for the King and the royal family. RIP Queen Elizabeth II
Completely magical. My soul is being drawn and it's being called to the sound of the bagpipes. It's so calming and so soothing at the same time. I feel so tamed. It's such a beautiful ending.
Much love to the family & those close to her, they will be the ones missing her the most. May her loved ones embrace her as she transitions
I didn't know he had this personal significance to the Queen. I loved this when I watched it
I've never been a fan of bagpipes but when that man started playing and then slowly walked away as the sound faded, I lost it. It was such a touching moment and her picking out what she wanted made it special and like she was sharing a part of her with us one last time.
This part gave me chills, amazing.
This is the part of the ceremony that I nearly cried. The sound of the bagpipe fading away into the distance is just like the soul of Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II leaving the place to her eternal resting place.
This makes me so emotional 😢
Rest In Peace Queen Elizabeth II🙏
This moment and when the queen's casket passed Buckingham palace and her staff were all standing out front, my goodness I get chills even remembering it now
I am in America, and I will miss her presence and the stability she provided.
RIP Her Majesty💔💔 She could now reunite with her papa, mama, sister and hubby now🖤🤍
😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭 SOOO BEAUTIFUL 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 JUST LIKE THE 👑 QUEEN😩💕♥️❤️😍💞
I felt heartbreaking until the end of the procession. The queen really belongs to all. Rest in peace.
I’m crying
Despite being Peruvian, every time I hear the bagpipes I feel great emotion and it gives me chills. They are so beautiful and mystical. RIP in peace dear queen Elizabeth. God save the queen!
This is so beautiful and sad at the same time. Rest in Peace Queen Elizabeth ❤️
It was a beautiful service for Her Majesty. The lone piper brought me to tears. That's what the Queen liked. The haunting sound of the pipes. Not torture for Her. Please remember that.
Rest In Peace my Beloved Queen🤍🕊
I kept watching again and again .. it's something very sad and beautiful at the same time. Must be his proudest moment and the saddest to play for the Queen one last time.
I worked with a heavy accented Scottish piping gentleman in America who was in the queen's guard for years. On a day near Christmas he came to work and played the pipes on the maintenance tail stand used for the planes. 400 guys in awe. He wore the full dress of the tartan. He told stories of the queen. Often he went back to Windsor Castle. Come back and say how he missed that life. He had pictures of him and the queen and many places he traveled. He said the queen never treated like he was a servant. Yet, he treated her with the most respect.
She wanted to make sure she was comforted ❤
♥️I love the bagpipes I had them at my dad funeral walking up the High Street in front of the Hurst it brings back so March memories I can't help myself I'm in tears😥 now hearing them beautiful bagpipes again 🙏God save our king🤴🏼💫✨️🌹♥️
can't Believe that she is no more 💔 Rest in peace 🙏🏼 Her Majesty Royal Queen 😢
I think this was the last time that I was unable to hold my tears back. I can't think of anything more fitting for this moment.
A fitting farewell for the Queen served her country.
My mom teared up when this happened.
Now they are together for an eternal journey.
RIP Queen Elizabeth II, and Prince Philip
This part was beautiful, and touch my heart profoundly. 😢
So much talent goes into the pipes. You did her very proud, good sir
Can’t believe she is gone. A loss to this world. May you be with God and your loved ones in eternity. ❤
Really mournful! I started crying as he walked slowly away
Watching and listening to the piper play so sweetly and mournfully filled me with tears. I still cannot believe she- her Majesty, the beloved Queen- is gone. It's unfathomable. I knew she couldn't live forever, and she had diminished so much once Prince Philip had passed. I still wasn't ready. But she was. God bless her. May she rest in peace beside her beloved Philip, for all of eternity, in God's loving care. 💜💜🙏🙏👑✝️👑🙏🙏💜💜
People love to laugh at us Scots and our bagpipes, but when the time comes nothing could ever be so potent to conjure up the appropriate emotions. Rest in peace your majesty, from an ever royal scot and brit 🏴🇬🇧
I was born in Greece came to New York when I was very young, when there’s a funeral of a policeman or fire fighter there’s always a bagpiper playing Amazing Grace and I feel so sad when I hear that sound , is the most beautiful sound of the bagpipe Scottish people should feel very proud ❤🇺🇸🇬🇷
God bless the Royal Family and all its members, especially in their time of grief. With great loss comes great change and possibilities, I pray they all find strength in that and each other. Our thoughts and prayers are with Princess Anne, King Charles, the Prince and Princess of Wales, and the entire Royal Family.
Sad. I can't believe she passed.
RIP Queen
Fue el momento más emotivo para mi me hizo llorar descanse en paz Reina Isabel 🖤😥
I thought of my Mother. who Faded away like the Bag Pipe’s. poignant sound’s, as if he was gently fading away 12/4/2021 my Mother exited stage Of Right 😢 Rest Well Queen Elizabeth and you’re beloved Phillip in the Meadows 4ever🇬🇧🕊🌹
The fading of the pipes was like the soul of Her Majesty leaving us. Perfectly played by the queen and the piper.
