    Thank you for this video I’ve been struggling with gut health since I was little I struggle with constipation and leaky gut and always feel bloated and just fatigued and nauseas and recently found out I’m a carrier of the colon cancer gene so at 34 I really need to turn my digestive health upside down and try to heal my gut!

    Thank you so much for this video! I’ve had Celiac Disease, IBS & Fibromyalgia since 2012 (I was 22 yrs. Old). I eat very healthy and have eaten gluten free of course, I’m on a good workout plan. It seems no matter how well I eat my stomach is very bloated and sick. I’ll definitely look into these products. I appreciate how informative you are about each product. Thank you!!

      How are you doing now? I'm so happy I found her videos too! I started having stomach problems in May 2022. Mines was due to overuse of pain meds:') I started actually doing a diet change in Sept for 3 months only using one seasoning and eating only brown rice/mashed potatoes no seasoning and steamed chicken or fish. I also drank water every morning and ate watermelon. Then I'd have old fashioned oats with banana XD. Worked and I was symptom free till I screwed up lol. Now I'm on a different regiment. I drink probiotic wheat/ banana cereal every morning and I drink Activia. It's been okay so far. I can actually eat fried foods now just not too much. I also make sure to not eat 3hrs before bed:)

      Also i stopped using regular milk and instead use almond or organic soy milk. I also swapped out white sugar for brown sugar:). Btw I'm currently 22. And my mom has fibromyalgia as well and I wish u the best!

    Not sure if you’ll ever see this but I want to thank you 🙏🏼 thank you for changing my life!!! I feel blessed bc I am sure God allowed me to come across your video to fulfill me with the knowledge I needed to hear to help me in my struggle with weak gut, flora over flow and irregular bowel movements or dare I say, lack of! I have seen such a huge huge huge difference….I am so grateful!! Thank you!!! I complete stopped taking omeprazole and miralax for my issues and my body is adjusting very well to the supplements and I have also changed my lifestyle; incorporating more greens (fiber) and more water. I didn’t add all due to funds but I am taking the bone & marrow and the bone living and the saccharomyces probiotic daily and I added fiber boost on top of all this. I occasionally take the digestive enzymes. I also bought the collagen peptides but honestly I can’t tolerate the taste or smell 🤢 but with out it I’m doing better none the less.

      @@realtalks9472I stay away from inflammatory foods and eat more anti-inflammatory foods. I didn’t believe it was the food changes that cleared up my eczema, but it was. Like if I have a donut on a Sunday morning, Im fine. If I were to eat sugar, refined oils, like canola, etc. all weekend I start breaking out in those itchy bumps. Usually my feet and hands first.

    Great info Kayla! Just Thrive was the first probiotic that I’ve tried that actually worked for me. I only took them for one month and noticed a difference. I only stopped because I have a GI doctors appointment and wanted to be diagnosed properly.

    How do you feel about using SACCHAROMYCES BOULARDII for psoriasis? Should I be watching out for diarehha or any other side effects when adding it for my first time?

      Sacc B is a great probiotic, and may or may not help with psoriasis. You should always be looking out for side effects when adding a new supplement.

      I take the probiotics first thing in the AM on an empty stomach. I take the living bone and marrow with breakfast ☺️

    Hi Kayla. I’m wondering if those probiotics would help with gastritis? I am very desperate to help relieve these stomach problems. I really need to incorporate probiotics into my body but with so many options out there, it can be stressful 😣

      Hey! I have the same thing as you! For me I use probiotic Activia smoothies and gerbers probiotic banana oatmeal cereal and nestles wheat with milk probiotic cereal. I drink that warm every morning and then afterwards I eat either steamed or baked fish or chicken with only one seasoning. I eat it with either steamed whole grain brown rice or plain mashed potatoes. Stay a way from red meats/ overly processed foods cause that could irritate u a lot. I have very low tolerance to certain foods now so my diet might be very extreme compared to other ppl😅I've gotten used to eating bland foods. And just make sure u time ur meals and limit sugar intake as well as don't eat 3hrs before bed. I'm actually able to eat fried stuff now but only a lil bit. Typically ur stomach lining heals after 3 months so I recommend starting a strict regiment for 3months and then slowly start to incorporate things you couldn't have before:) see how that makes you feel. I've had this since may 2022 and I didn't start taking meds(pepcid)until Jan 2023 but not for long tho cause it started to do opposite things so I'm back to natural methods now lol.     Mam one doubt how to know that if digestive enzymes is working... i am taking now foods digestive enzyme daily two tablets per meal...but my poop always coming undigested....when using digestive enzymes poop really get better

    Is it “normal” to experience bloating, gas, detox when starting new supplements? I have tried collagen several times and after a few days I tend to feel worse. Not sure if I should try to stick with the supplements when this happens or if my body is telling me to STOP. I’d love some advice.

    Is it really importen to take probiotics when healing leaky gut? I get confused because someone say no,and someone say yes you must !i have sibo and leaky gut,weight loss,extreme fatigue,bloating,headaches and the list goes on,i really would like some advice from you🤗

      Lion diet.
      Sibo & leaky gut are a poor health situation (I have both) needing extreme measures. I can only take on solid food once per day then need a day or two fast digestion rest.

    Oh my GOD. I’m sick of people who make videos and talk so bloody FAST they don’t even breathe. It’s stressful and unnerving. Slow down. Can’t even take in this info it’s just flying by !

      Change the playback speed to x0.75 or less! Will slow down videos when needed 😊
