Yes, it was me that made the request lol, and you nailed it!! If you're worried about the pancakes being a little dry without any butter or maple syrup...you could always make a batch of strawberry syrup. That's what I'll do. But I Love how you made the cream cheese sauce & put it in the pancakes while cooking & then also put more between each one when plating them up. Genius! Best recipe I've found by far, so Thank you!!
