There's another variation I find very effective, which is to feed uki's right lapel over his shoulder with your left & then take hold of it with your right hand under his armpit, take the sleeve with left hand... boom.
OMG Today Ive learned that the O soto gari kusushi is not right- back but just to right! Once you decided to apply O soto gari it independs on the kumikata... the uki will go down.
