On second thoughts I can understand where many people in the comments section are coming from. Vocal harmony and harmonizers in general are not brilliant. I think it's intended more as a gimmick rather than being used in a recording. If your recording it is better to either actually harmonize to the best of your ability or hire session singers or ask friends or family who can sing to sing and harmonize with you. With that in mind if I was buying an arranger keyboard brand new I would go for the PSR-SX700 because it's cheaper and at least has every sound that is on Tyros 2 and a few taster sounds and styles from Tyros 5 and Genos. My voice sounds strange when it's artificially pitched and because my vocal range is limited that's why I don't tend to sing so much. I can comfortably go about an octave out of my normal talking or maybe half an octave, even some professional singers end up changing registration on the spot halfway through a verse. We all know how bloody awful auto-tune sounds!
No No No, this is only good for backing vocals, for lead vocals it sounds like a Dalek, just like the Digitech Vocal Harmoniser. I'm just being honest here. coz I have one. Listen to the high notes in this song, sounds weird, but good singer though.
