I get very humbled by your comment. All I'm trying to do is teach in the correct way that everyone understands. It would be really helpful for me to get my video shared and help us fight appliance waste! Please remember to subscribe to our channel, as that really helps us 😇 I will continue to invest the beer donations that I receive predominantly into the new video technology that I'm learning with tracking cameras and better audio to make it easier for everyone to understand. I'm also employing someone now to assist me in my workload. You can support us by donating to our website www.how-to-repair.com/help/buy-paul-a-beer/
It may be similar, but I can't be exact without your full model number. If you ask a question at the website I should be able to get you exploded diagrams of the door to show you how it comes apart.
Paul, what appliance company would you say is the most repairable (in your opinion). Both getting parts and making it easier to do repairs (s7chbasbthe easy tabs lock you showed in this vid). I believe that the best way of promoting circular economy is by buying from companies that respect it.
Thank you very much for the donation. It is greatly appreciated and supports the channel. I want to say that newer manufacturers work hard to build a good reputation. They provide the public with the information needed to maintain their machines, keep spare parts at a reasonable price, and try to win over consumers. On the other hand, long-established manufacturers seem only interested in selling appliances. They often mislead the public with their well-known names. I've been in this industry for over 40 years, and I'm disappointed with their behavior. They just want to sell you a new machine every 3 to 5 years and hide behind multiple brand names. One company might own up to 10 different brands, so you might think you're buying from a new company when it's actually the same one that fooled you before. Have a look at lg beko ebac and a few others
I have a beko kdvf 100k the range model, how do you remove the glass on the side oven that opens out like a normal door not down like the one in the video. I can only clean one side of my oven 😂
I'm really pleased the video was helpful to you. Could you do me a favour and take part in a poll I've made about the lifespan of appliances? You just need to tick one of two boxes. It will only take about 10 seconds. This might help us improve how machines are made in the future 😇 Here's the poll question: www.youtube.com/@How-to-repair/community Also sharing will get more people to participate and we will have a greater impact with the manufacturers thank you for helping.
The PIP "Picture In Picture" is a great addition.
And the video is as usual, EXCELLENT!
