I found the part where she talked about her journey to sobriety really powerful. It’s amazing to see how far she’s come and how she’s now helping others on their own paths.
I never realized how much judgment can hold us back from being curious. This talk made me think about how I’ve let other people’s opinions shape my decisions.
Hearing about her love for horses was such a unique way to start the talk. It shows how our passions can guide us through even the darkest times, I like that kind of attitude
I loved the part where she said, “Curiosity and authenticity are connected.” It made me realize that being true to myself means I need to be more open to exploring new things.
The idea of using curiosity as a tool for healing is something I never considered before but it makes sense... asking the right questions can lead to a lot of self-discovery.
I wasn’t expecting to be so moved by this talk, but her story really got to me. It’s a reminder that we all have the power to overcome our hardships if we stay curious and open-minded.
I’m not someone who usually reflects on my own life, but this talk made me realize the importance of asking myself questions and being curious about my own path, thank you.
her story about finding out she was pregnant hit me hard. It’s amazing how she found the strength to take it one step at a time and not let fear take over, personally I would have been freaking out
The encouragement to follow curiosity despite societal norms was powerful. It reminded me to keep exploring my passions, even though they're a little off-beat lol
I like how she didn’t sugarcoat her struggles with addiction and trauma. It takes a lot of courage to be that honest and it made her message even more powerful.
I think this is an important part of self-development that people just forget about. You have to be consistent with your self-growth! If you're not constantly improving you're just getting stagnant
I liked the focus on self-reflection and asking ourselves important questions. It's a great way to navigate difficult situations while staying true to ourselves.
The text message exercise was unexpected but really got me thinking about what I want to achieve. It’s simple but effective-definitely going to try it out.
I really like the message about curiosity and authenticity, I thought it was uplifting and also a reminder to stay true to ourselves despite societal pressures.
Have to agree with her about what she says around the 8:19 mark, in my experience anyone who says that just doesn't have the answers for you and wants you to be quiet.
Such an important message. Asking why and allowing ourselves to explore - in full - the possibilities that life has, is an essential part of living in ones greatness.
I get what she means about society wanting us to color inside the lines. I feel like we're heavily conditioned from such a young age that finding authenticity can be almost impossible for some people, and the more of an "outsider" your true self is the harder it gets.
I recently discussed curiosity in one of my podcast episodes. Curiosity helps us make meaning out of life. Thanks for sharing your experience and insights. Stay curious! Dante Poole

Loved hearing about how she turned adversity into empowerment. Not everyone understands that that's what it's truly for.
The story about horses synchronizing heartbeats with their riders is so beautiful!
The pregnancy story in the Walgreens bathroom was intense. Also did a great job of showing her vulnerability in that moment

The section about dealing with addiction and trauma was very raw and honest. It takes a lot of courage to share that.
I loved her closing statement, and I hope that I can keep my self-judgement away from long enough to follow her advice.
Loved how she tied it all in about our authentic lives being at stake, took it from dramatic to realistic in a really poignant way

I don't quite agree that curiosity and grace alone can solve deep-rooted issues. It seems a bit too simple and idealistic to me
