You got this! Hack for your chicken nuggets after you combine the ingredients in food processor put it on plastic wrap or pacarment paper, roll into a long skinner log shape and put in the freezer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, when it's firm you can unroll it cut in slices, bread and cook. I struggled for 10 months before I found what works for me (frustrating) I just kept reminding myself we are all different and found what works for me.

Thank you. Good luck on your wellness journey. I have found cheese and bacon to be my carnivore binge foods. So I portion control them (I cut, parcel and freeze daily serves). I was keto first. On carnivore I gained weight. Recently I did 3 day Sardine fast, then changed my diet to maitain a higher level Ketosis and have found my weight is going down again. For me mental health is the main focus. I would wear a few extra kilos to feel amazing.
*New Carnivore Here* . I love this video and found it super helpful! I'm very early in my carnivore journey, but knowing myself, I knew I would have to meal prep and plan. I spent yesterday doing meal prep and I would rather have one day of kitchen clean up than multiples. My approach is the same, keep out 23 days worth of food and freeze the rest. Simple and efficient.

So glad to see you sticking with carnivore. I was here a number of months ago when things were not working. About to begin my 4 th year of carnivore after 25 years of low carb. I always had to make adjustments. The most recent adjustment I made 9 months ago was doing Dr. Omara sprints. They seem to help. I am able to walk out my front door and sprint and come back in within a minute and fifteen seconds per sprint. You don’t have to sprint far just hard. And I think it really does reduce visceral fat first and deep subcutaneous fat second. I am nearly 74 now and I know my sprinting looks ugly and probably never will look right. But I think many of these docs are right saying you need to add some exercise. Sprinting works best for me.

I work noon to midnight (12's) and feel your pain. I really struggle at midnight as I usually eat then and know it's the worst time to eat....just before bed. I also am a binge eater, but believe I have found what works for me...carnivore and fasting.
Those are my favorite chicken nuggets! Great recipe. I use a “cookie dough” ball scooper or meat scooper to make the balls to skip the sticky fingers. Great idea to meal prep. This may be helpful for me. Glad you found something that is helping😊

In my previous life (before carnivore) I used to meal prep a ton! I was a 'healthy' eater, but mostly veggies and a little meat. Boy do I feel better on carnivore, but I missed the simplicity of meal prep. I work full-time, I could meal prep on the weekend and either refrigerate or freeze stuff and not have to cook all week and dirty up my kitchen. It has been a learning curve for sure. This past weekend I made the egg casserole with sausage, bacon, cheese, and eggs. It is sooo good! I also make steak strips in bulk and mackerel patties that I can freeze. I feel a calmness with my meals prepped. If you think of other ideas, please do more videos on meal prep for Carnivore or Ketovore.

Jen, I am just like you... I am so addicted to carbs and I found that I can not have even one teaspoon of carbs to totally sabotage my routine. I am trying again to be 100% Carnivore. I think, for my own body, I do the best on the Lion Diet. It is costly to eat mostly steaks, but that is what I find the easiest to eat. Wishing you all the very best. Thanks for your video today. Jen, you look amazing! This is such a great plan. Whenever I have tubs of steak, burger patties and boiled eggs in the fridge I do much better. Not thinking is my best strategy too.
Thanks for the chicken nuggets recipe, my family digs it! I added 2 tsp of olive oil or render fat to the mixture to lessen the stickiness. I also sprayed my gloves with nonstick spray when shaping the nuggets.
Wonderful suggestions, for,preparing varied items. I’m to the point that red meat is so boring, yet beef settles my system. I’m gonna bite the bullet and try the nuggets.

This could be very helpful I think. I work at a mine site and live in a camp 7 on off. the food is crap and it is difficult to choose food that is low/zero carb ((unless I starve). I have already stared to food prep for my next swing. But I am going to try some of your recipes. Apart from the egg white, I'm allergic to it.

What you’re doing makes sense. Since starting carnivore, I’m thinking less and less about food and eating outside of hunger. I feel you. You have my empathy
I don’t know how anyone could not see the change. You are not a baby, some of us have a broken off button as far as cravings are concerned. I do and I think it’s incredibly smart to meal prep like you are. I have 10 lbs to get to my target weight. It’s to thin but I’m comfortable at 130. I’m strictly carnivore but in 5 months I’ve only lost 6 pounds, and that was in the first month. I lost 50 on keto but didn’t budge one lb for 6 months after the initial chunk. Any insight would be appreciated. I’m from Wichita Kansas. I saw your Chiefs blanket 😅
It's difficult for me to advise you given that I've struggled in this area so much myself. But I'd suggest tracking your food (every bit of it) for a couple weeks to make sure you REALLY know what you're eating. Maybe you'll become aware that you're actually eating too much....or too little. If you're not already, lifting heavy weights should help as well because increasing your muscle mass will increase your basal metabolic rate.
Just found this video and I love the recipes. I just started carnivore about a month ago. I’m an over the road truck driver so it’s a little more challenging, but still very possible. I have a freezer/cooler, air fryer, microwave, and small skillet on board. I’m gonna try some of these recipes at home, vacuum seal the cooked meats and just wrap the breakfast casserole up in parchment paper and foil, and freeze it all until ready to eat on the road. I’ve been on carnivore for a year and have been stuck at a certain weight for going on 5 months and started tracking to see what’s up…I’ve definitely loosened the reigns but in tracking not as much as I thought…I’m over on protein almost every day and under on fat as I go into week 3 of tracking I’m definitely being more mindful of these data points. I’ve also recently changed my workouts so I know I’m building muscle and am not super focused on the scale but of course it does tell a part of the story so once a week weighs are helping me think through the other data and mage done tweaks. Thanks for the chicken nuggets recipe, my family digs it! I added 2 tsp of olive oil or render fat to the mixture to lessen the stickiness. I also sprayed my gloves with nonstick spray when shaping the nuggets.

This could be very helpful I think. I work at a mine site and live in a camp 7 on off. the food is crap and it is difficult to choose food that is low/zero carb ((unless I starve). I have already stared to food prep for my next swing. But I am going to try some of your recipes. Apart from the egg white, I'm allergic to it.

I don’t know how anyone could not see the change. You are not a baby, some of us have a broken off button as far as cravings are concerned. I do and I think it’s incredibly smart to meal prep like you are. I have 10 lbs to get to my target weight. It’s to thin but I’m comfortable at 130. I’m strictly carnivore but in 5 months I’ve only lost 6 pounds, and that was in the first month. I lost 50 on keto but didn’t budge one lb for 6 months after the initial chunk. Any insight would be appreciated. I’m from Wichita Kansas. I saw your Chiefs blanket 😅
It's difficult for me to advise you given that I've struggled in this area so much myself. But I'd suggest tracking your food (every bit of it) for a couple weeks to make sure you REALLY know what you're eating. Maybe you'll become aware that you're actually eating too much....or too little. If you're not already, lifting heavy weights should help as well because increasing your muscle mass will increase your basal metabolic rate.

Just found this video and I love the recipes. I just started carnivore about a month ago. I’m an over the road truck driver so it’s a little more challenging, but still very possible. I have a freezer/cooler, air fryer, microwave, and small skillet on board. I’m gonna try some of these recipes at home, vacuum seal the cooked meats and just wrap the breakfast casserole up in parchment paper and foil, and freeze it all until ready to eat on the road. Thanks for these awesome ideas!

I’ve been on carnivore for a year and have been stuck at a certain weight for going on 5 months and started tracking to see what’s up…I’ve definitely loosened the reigns but in tracking not as much as I thought…I’m over on protein almost every day and under on fat as I go into week 3 of tracking I’m definitely being more mindful of these data points. I’ve also recently changed my workouts so I know I’m building muscle and am not super focused on the scale but of course it does tell a part of the story so once a week weighs are helping me think through the other data and mage done tweaks. Jen I’m so happy to see your smiling face and glad to hear prepping is helpful!!!❤
