- Calling all cyberpunks! Fans with eagle eyes have spotted a cryptic in-game ad that's sending speculation soaring through the neon-drenched skies. Could it be hinting at a brand new city joining the dystopian party? Or will we be revisiting the familiar, neon-soaked alleys of Night City?

We'd be waiting another 10 years but because of cyberpunk 2077 i have patience i dont want them to rush high quality gameplay like that
I agree, I hope execs don't push this game before its fully baked!
It wouldn't make sense for Chicago lore-wise not to mention the implied downfall of Arasaka and what's going on with the NUSA. Lore-wise, Chicago is recovering from the bio-weapon explosion from the 4th corporate war. It would, if they move from Night City (which I don't think they will), Tokyo makes more sense.
I’d love to play as V again. I got so attached to that character and I understand that their story was complete, I personally would love to give them another chance at night city and have whichever ending you chose become their new life path sort of thing. They could make it work. That’s just my thoughts anyway.
If I can't bring Panam, I don't want it lol
I don't disagree with you, I wouldn't be disappointed if we were V again 🤔 but I would also love to be someone who isn't doomed by soul killer, then again, we're probably doomed anyway in cyberpunk
Project Orion could well be set in Chicago, but I really don't get why so many folks are so attached to this one billboard image.
The Chicago-NC maglev line advertisement has been in the game since release. It's also a fairly bland and basic design, and so I think that with people bringing this up in recent discussions folks are now spotting it more often because it's in the forefront of their minds.
I could be wrong of course - I just find it very unlikely that CDPR had a location and a date in which to set the story before they even released the first game.
In any case - nice video, was an interesting watch!
Thank you so much! And I totally agree, I think people are just noticing it more now that folks are speculating. I'm just glad to see more community activity and excitement, though!
@SpectrGamingg Oh totally - I adore Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty, and will be going out of my mind with excitement once Orion draws near.
I'm just trying my best not to get too excited before we even get a chance to find out what it really is - it's a long road ahead, choom! 😅
They did have V leaving on a bus.. maybe V was heading towards Chicago?
Very true 👀 I'm also interested to see what ending becomes canon in the next game
Maybe like Tokyo because of arasaka
More like inspired by Tokyo
How about Amsterdam :)
That would be so cool!!
