This was so emotional but honestly, Lauren does not have to leave New Amsterdam for Leyla. I love them tgt but honestly, if bloom is taken out because of Leyla from this show, I would be hugely disappointed and hella sad.
She is just not leaving for Leyla. She is leaving for herself. After Leyla confronted her about the "donation" she realized she was wrong. That she jeopardized her career and mostly her belief as a doctor. She was blinded by fear of losing someone she loved, that lead her to actually losing it along with everything she believes in. It was eating her slowly before but so much now. And if more people were to know, most of them will only look at what she did not what she's accomplished during her stay there. Leyla'a words "That's not love" doesn't just reflect her relationship to her for Lauren it also reflected her love for her profession, and how she tainted it.

I loved your message of faith and Jesus' love for all of us, I have been praying for the world, for all people without distinction of race, culture, creed, profession, material poses a lot, little or nothing, none of that really matters in the spiritual plane, we need to believe in those who save and he is called JESUS, our life changes for the better because we have those who fight, love and keep us.
