      Me too. I started with Leslie Sansone and have now added Gina B. Two and a half months of daily exercise and 6kg lost!! Dieting too because of gradual weight gain since menopause and I'm getting my waistline back but it's a slow process. Gina B makes me sweat with a smile and is keeping me keeping on!

    I usually do your 30 minute workouts, but today I didn't have enough time, but didn't want to do nothing at all, so I tried this one. Honestly, I don't know how you manage to make working out so much fun! 💕

      Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to discover best exercises to get a six pack try Mighty Shortcut Folio (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got great results with it.

    Love the idea and the energy level so far (I'm in like 2:30 min) but it's confusing how often the actions switch - before I'm done figuring out a move, the next move follows. A bit more repetition would be handy.

      I totally agree with you. I feel like I have ADD , whiplash and I’m going to hurt myself. Her workouts seem to be for her and not an audience.

      @@ppp8734 I understand this also, but I must add that there are workouts suited towards different ability levels - I believe this one is very good for those who need something with some more energy - there are hundreds of videos like this for different ability levels if you feel it may be easier to follow :)

    I love these workouts. I have been doing one every day and then the standing an workout from the second circuit dvd. I have lost nearly 2 inches on my waist and in the best shape of my life and I’m 71.

    This is a great change from the slower at home walking routines. I can do this one in the am and the slower ones in the pm for a mix up.

    This is just too quick with no recovery time for me and my heart is telling me this is not a wise idea. I love ABBA too so I was hoping for a break in the intensity of the pace for me but, that is just my physical state and having to listen to my body. Everyone that can do it, enjoy it to the max!

      Gina I have found so many of your workouts that do work for me. You are a Fitness Instructor. I totally get that you need to create all kinds of different workouts. I love this workout. It is just not one I can do at this time of my life. Keep on inspiring every level of fitness.

      @@loonielaura I just thought I'd mention that I teach this in one of my local classes, who could not keep up with it first off, but I only started to incorporate 5 mins of the list at at time. Now they can do the whole thing no problems. Our bodies are amazing but need training. You can do anything, it's all about trying small steps. Perhaps just start with 2-5 mins. Fitness can built, believe in that!

      Up to the BEat Fit Hi Gina. I thought you would be happy to know I did make it through all of this today. I started off with your 5 Minute Warm Up, moved on to your 5 minute Beginners workout then came to do 5 minutes of this workout as you suggested and today I was able to finish it. I finished with your 6 Minute Cool Down feeling very happy. Now to try and do this on Wednesday with less modifications near the last 5 minutes.

    I started doing your work outs about a week ago and I love them - I love you! I'm 72 years old and managed to keep up. I have been fairly fit all my life and until lockdown went to Zumba Gold and Latin American Line Dancing 3 times a week! I find the time just flies by and love the music. THank you so much.     Us Gina's know our stuff 😋 lol I'm definitely going to try this, I've got low mobility and chronic pain issues so I've been finding it difficult to find exercises that don't put me in more pain and this looks like it shouldn't hurt me too much.     I'm literally dying!😩 I never thought I'd sweat sm by just doing this. Also someone send help bc I forgot to close by blinds and just realized my neighbor was outside the whole time. He probably thinks I'm crazy!😭

    What a great workout. By FAR my favorite. Not just the music, I mean, seriously, ABBA? But the moves and the speed are perfect. I could do this one every day. I didn't have time for it in my rotation, so I used it for a cool down. It moves so fast, it was hard to do so, but I did stops instead of cha cha chas and I made my movements smaller. LOVED IT! There are not enough "Like" buttons for this video.

    Came across this when looking up Leslie Sansone workouts. I love music so thought it would be great. Was much more intense than expected.
    My only recommendation is that you mention the piece about "this is your workout" and how it's ok if you do lower intensity or leave out the arms if needed earlier in the video. That was near the end and I could see some beginners getting discouraged and quitting before they hear that from you. I stuck it through but was feeling a bit bad I couldn't keep up. Made me feel good to hear that, so perhaps put that closer to the start of the video.
    Will definitely try some more and look forward to being able to keep up with you!

    Wow Gina, just “found” you this morning - love that workout! After a revision hip replacement, 4 dislocations (ouch!), a knee replacement and a 3 stone gain over 5 years, it is so hard to find a true low impact workout that is also FUN!

    Omg Gina thank you so much for this! I was never able to do any cardio workouts before during to my overweight and asthma and damn, I was able to keep up with this for the whole 15minutes!! Working out and dancing to songs you like made such a big difference! Thank you for your supportive words in the video and everything. I’ll be back tomorrow for sure 💪🏻

    I really wanted to like you but... Your movements change too quick, and lack of advance callout and name of next move. My friends and I are following another power walk routine and get used to it so we are prepared to change to next movement and each movement has enough repeat so we get the rhyme of it. In the end of your walk you did not give a slowdown to reduce heartbeat, you just stop from a very fast power walk.

    I bought a double DVD of yours, but I would find it a LOT more helpful if you would tell us what you're going to do next BEFORE you start doing it!

    I’ve been doing this workout almost everyday for about 3-4 days now and I really like it! I have be a little careful because I live in an apartment so I make some adjustments but it’s fun and I like it a lot :) Also idk if you’ve gotten this question yet but are the songs remixed versions? I was just wondering because they sounded different than I remember lol!

    Only discovered your videos 5 days ago, love love love. I've done the 5000 steps 50 minute one and my pedometer reads at 6280 both times so am pleased and enjoy the dance style without putting strain on my (weak) ankles. Subscribed and now looking at the abba one, its fast so tomorrow will give it a go. Wish I'd found this during lockdown as did high impact zumba and my fdttankles have been hurting since that because I'm too enthusiastic. Thanks again.

    Thank you sooo much Gina. I just found you a few days ago and love to follow your exercises. I just turned 76 this summer but love this speed, though I have been following some other ones also. I love zumba also. I do this exercise pass midnight, I know I'm crazy but It gave me a bit more energy and I could sleep well (people said it won't put you to sleep, but that's not the case with me).     I could do justice to this workout only because I did a Leslie Sansone's 1-mile walk just before this one. That was a perfect warm-up. This is very energizing and my heart was thumping away.     I like the pretty pink slogan at top with the white italic font. Looks like there maybe stain glass windows in the back. I like how wholesome, fresh, and upbeat she is. Her music is refreshing too, not so much rap, and the lyrics are easy to understand. Abba is an old favorite of mine...
