I bought this but can only get 3 modes from it. It’s solid and heavy but no instructions to show how the modes work.

I'm not sure myself It's my friends so I don't know, but there maybe energizer forum online if you search, there are usually online manuals for these things. As they don't do paper ones much

I believe those lights have several modes to access you click button for the 3 modes and then you can also long press and hold the clicky switch to access other modes
