I completely ignore that apparently. I mixed up 4 vids with fat burn / core strength / abs workout with Mr Row, and trynna consistently do em, the last days goes with more rest and some dips/pull ups, push ups and some running/sprint. Thats my routine now. Don't get me wrong, most workout is basically Rowan, but i'd like some more back and arm exercise for balance basically.

Its BS , your diet must be 100 prosent, eat sleep traing and repeat , and listen to your body , your are so slim , its easy for 4 u😂@@RowanRow
