Hey guys,
This video is a little Vlog about doing Longwater Gulch from start to finish, camping and just some general outdoor stuff. Some call it "Overlanding" I just say its camping with fun extra steps. Any questions about this trail? The tent? any of the rigs? Ask me in the comment section!

Thanks buddy! Love watching your Toyota wheel and hope we can hit some trails together!
@@coloradomallcrawlers If all goes well maybe I'll be catching up with you guys this weekend.
Looks like so much fun!
It was a lot of fun. Thanks for stopping in and checking it out.
i love the clips watching people setup their tents....then the gfc hahahaha
Yeah haha. The set up comparison on these clamshells isn’t even fair. I usually go around helping others before setting up mine.
Awesome Video! Editing is getting better! Keep them coming!
Thanks man looking forward to your NM video. Look forward to next week.
So good! Love the way you shoot your stuff! And eh, glad you at least got the shot going up... but I won’t do you like that! 🤣 Hope you can make it Saturday!
Yeah I guess handing off a camera in manual mode and not telling someone how to use it correctly is a good way to not get footage taken correctly. At least I got the footage going back up it.
Wicked content, killer work.
Thanks I appreciate it!
Looks like a blast, can't wait to get out there with you!
Hell yeah man. Let me know when and where and I’m in.
Hell yeah brother, congrats it's great!
Thanks a lot. I'll make sure I get better with this camera before we do our collab ha.
I hardly got any footage of your rig this time. The time back out was because of that cut, IDK how I didn't catch it on the way down there.
Such a fun weekend, even if it was cut short because of rain. Camping by a river before mosquito season was the best!
Yeah Other than a few big bugs it was surprisingly nice. I know of some good water source camp spots we could hit before the season starts.
There’s never bad weather🤘🏻
Even the cloudy days only bring a little rain when we need it.
@@OXFOOT I’m from the Denver area and I don’t know what I would do without the mountains?
I feel the same way. Was born in the Appalachian and moved to the Rockies. I don’t know if I could live without them.
Although the ones back home look like hills now compared to out here.
Let me know next time you head out there. I'm in that area a lot.
Yeah for sure. I’ll hit you up next time.
OxFoot - what is your suspension and tire set up on your 4Runner? Thanks 🙏
Running icon stage 3 but swapped the UCAs for SPC brand and the rear shocks for Bilsteins. Tires are BFG K02 285/70/17. Wheels have changed since this video, they were the TRD pro wheels, but now I’m running SCS Ray 10 with a -38 offset, 17x9.
@@OXFOOT thanks! That’s a nice setup. Looks like you are having no issue clearing those rock features! I’ve got a 2020 TRD PRO that’s still completely stock. Still getting used to the difference between my 3rd Gen and the 5th Gen off road. Haven’t done the gulches yet but may hit them this next summer. Great video! Thanks for the 411 on your setup!
Well your pro I believe has at least a 1” ride height difference over the TRD offroad. Are you thinking of doing any aftermarket suspension? I think you’d be able to do some good offroad trails even stock in Colorado. The 4Runners are pretty capable even stock.
Are the runners on 33s or 35s?
All of us at the time we’re on 285/70/17s so like 33s but I think most of us now are on larger tires.
Good chance these will be closed in the near future due to all the individuals not heeding the closure at the park county line.
I think most people do this trail not knowing it ends before all the camping and the even the parking lot at the bottom set up with fencing and all that. Most people have pretty poor service throughout the trail so by the time they get to the power lines they don’t know that’s where the trail ends. I would say 98% of people do the trail to the river but I believe the trail ends at those power lines.
It's the recreators responsibility to know where the trail ends, a lot of people don't know this.
