Many of you will know I absolutely love visiting my good friends, the Sahakians, at their store Davidoff of London on Jermyn street, every time I visit London. This time, however, Eddie invited me to visit another treasure of theirs: The Edward Sahakian Cigar Lounge at the Bulgari Hotel!
This is a cigar lover's paradise. Situated inside the famous Bulgari Hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, this cigar lounge has the distinct honor of having access to a selection of both rare and vintage cigars from Edward Sahakian's private humidor. For a real connoisseur, this lounge gives you an opportunity to sample a selection of cigars that are almost impossible to get anywhere else!
Edward Sahakian is the owner of Davidoff of London, one of the world's finest cigar shops, in addition to being one of the world's foremost cigar aficionados in his own right.

I visited Davidoff when I was on holiday with my children and he was most hospitable. He father gifted me a Davidoff no. 2 when I said I was Ex military and living in Germany and simply had to visit them when in London.

Yes you are absolutely right. I was sitting at Murrano the other day and I forgot my cigar cutter. He kindly let me use his and when I returned it he insisted that I keep it. Of course I didn't but what a gentleman. Him and his father were very kind and welcoming. Even let me take a photo with them
Eddie needs to create his own UA-cam channel in which he simply reads the newspaper or a book, his voice is so soothing and calm...

Seems to be an non relaxing state to have to be on point constantly.
at first it seems nice, but after a point it starts to seem disingenuous, like they have to keep up a facade of giving more compliments than the average person. maybe i'm just not enough of a gentleman to appreciate the way they act
@@cvspvr always trust your instincts. I love Eddie, but there's something off about Kirby. He always seems uncomfortable to the core, but it's possible the camera is causing that and not who he is deep inside.
@@drewdayss I get the feeling Eddie is the type of mafia-esque gentleman that has a secret place in the basement of a mansion where the secrets flow like blood, he seems like the type of gentlemanly killer type. I think Kirby is too square and it makes him nervous. I could be entirely wrong but I get that feeling.

I don't smoke at all but I really enjoy watching the Sahakians. The fact that Eddie took over the role of preparing the cigars from his staff and still asked Kirby for permission is so gentlemanly
My first instinct is to think it's a pretentious fake wholesomeness, but if you listen for more than a minute it feels very genuine.

During my recent trip to London I had the absolute joy of spending a few hours in this cigar lounge. David, who was working that evening, took very good care of me. I also had the pleasure of visiting Davidoff and finally meeting Edward and Eddie who are just as charming in person as they are on Kirby’s videos. Very much looking forward to my next visit!

I smoked a cigar there earlier this year. I am a 20 year old and am relatively new to cigar smoking. I was also traveling and so was not able to dress as well as I would have liked. Despite this, Nicolo was so friendly and helpful that I felt very comfortable and had a wonderful experience. I am counting the days till I can have another cigar in that room.

Great guy, met him in the Davidoff store once & I have to say such a well spoken, charming man with a real sense of authenticity & grace.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the senior, Edward, back in June at Davidoff of London and engage in a bit of a talk with him. An outstanding gentleman that greets you with a smile on his face and genuine interest in you as a person. I hope to come back next year and then meet Eddie and hopefully also Edward once again.

I've watched Eddie and listened to him speak so much that it has affected my speech and behavior unintentionally. I'm genuinely nicer, gentler, less aggressive, and more content in the little things than I was before. It's incredible. I hope to meet his father and him one day.
One thing i truly appreciate with cigar room conversations with gents, is the level of eloquence and appreciation for one another. Nothing quite like sharing a fine cigar with good company. I would have been intimidated to walk into a luxury cigar shop in London, but these videos showcase the hospitality and gentleness of the Davidoff brand.

I have loved Cigars for the better part of 15 years, and its good to see you enjoying them indoors as gentlemen. I enjoy you showing the world that Cigar smoking is simply not the same thing as cigarette smoking. Comparing the two has done major harm to one of the last acceptable ways for men to bond naturally, to come together in peace and enjoy the company of strangers, and make new friends...

Mr. Sahakian comes across as the archetype of the perfect gentleman and connoisseur. Yet he never seems condescending or conceited. I enjoy every video I watch that features him.
The degree of Eddies hospitality conveys that he is truly a servant to all and an extraordinary Gentlemen.

I always love hearing a pro like Eddie admit that they don't pick up on a lot of the flavors some afficionados might find, but just enjoy the staples of a good cigar. No egos here.

Subscribed for shoe polishing, stayed for the cigar videos. Even if you’re not a smoker, you can’t deny the eloquence of two gentlemen lighting up cigars and just having a conversation.
Eddie saying that some of Kirby's viewers visiting the store are shy is on point. I was so nervous when I went not so long ago, but Eddie was so lovely and getting to buy a Davidoff Signature No. 2 from Davidoff was truly a bucket list moment for me.

I wish we could bring back these old traditions of a suit, cigars, and formal English. It is just all such a class act, that we don't I think see enough of in modern society. Props to these two gentlemen and I will look forward to meeting them someday.

The day after procuring a cache of Cubans at Davidoff’s with the help of “Mad” Max Foulkes (Max signed a new N-95 mask in honor of “Surviving the pandemic one corona at a time” and took selfies with me), I was in line at Heathrow with the Sahakians. Of course, I extolled Max’s virtues and got Edward and Eddie to sign another new N-95 mask. No surprise, they were both extremely gracious. Two weeks later, I made another pilgrimage to Davidoff’s with two work colleagues. Max & Eddie set us up with some great sticks, which we enjoyed at the café next to the shop. Glorious!
Kirby thank you so much for introducing so many to the Sahakians and taking the time to show us all these wonderful places the Bulgari lounge amazing! Kirby is the best in the game.

My brother sent me this video. I’ve never seen or heard of either of these guys. I don’t even smoke cigars. I couldn’t stop watching. Both complete gentlemen and pure class. Eddie seems like the type of person who could make anyone feel like they’re home now and everything is going to be ok. He has this overwhelming feeling of calm that emanates from every aspect of who he is. So impressive.

@@kirbyallison 100% . I have come across ( visited a new one last night) cigar lounges in Dubai . Excellent interiors , great cocktails. And a humidor that has maybe 10 cigars. So yes it's all about the quality of humidor content. The rest is secondary at best .

Man Edward and Eddie are the best guests and hosts. They are so classy and debonair! You see the genuine generosity and humility in their body language and poise. It would be a thrill to share a cigar in their presence.

I had my 1st Charter Oak Connecticut tonight. 6x60. I've passed by this cigar so many times because my lounge has it retailing for $6.95. I don't usually bother with cigars under $10 and figured it must be lousy. Then I saw the 93 rating and had to give it a try. Glad I did. Really enjoyable cigar.

There is nothing better than sitting down with a nice cigar, ones own choice of drink and watching kriby and eddie, it is one of my favourite ways to indulge and relax, the class and conversation watching these videos is just bliss and pure enjoyment. And i always have a dream to sit in the company of eddie and enjoy a cigar that would be awesome!

This channel is so relaxing to watch. As a fellow premium cigar enthusiast, I can appreciate the workings of a fine cigar lounge. The Sahakians have always delivered, on what a cigar lounge and cigar lounge service should be.
I find myself so drawn to these videos despite never having smoked a cigar and would probably turn it down given the opportunity. But I appreciate the level of respect these gentleman have for them and listening to people talk so eloquently about their passions is captivating to listen to.

I know you two gentlemen would never take for granted the privilege you both share in these moments and the experiences of some of life's finest and, at times, most rare luxuries because I'm confident i speak for most when I say I'll never know what that's like. 😂 So, I live vicariously through these videos. Very relaxing and even influential in some areas. I may not get to experience the same things but im very happy that you are able to and even more happy that we get to watch!
