- Kicking off this Double Sticks challenge series with the first set of fundamental Sinawali drills. This series of training videos will lead up to the 2023 Double Stick Carranza Showdown which will allow you to enter for a chance to win some great Kali Center prizes! Learn and practice these drills and I'll be announcing at the end of this series how to enter the Showdown for your chance to win!

Paul, you emphasized to "make the practice your own; find your own creativity"... I took the liberty to do so and did these drills with two of my beloved Zombie Tools:
The Felon, modeled after the American Bowie knife, in conjunction with the tomahawk-style axe, The Traumahawk. Both are hefty, solid pieces of steel, which gave me a decent workout as I performed the movements. Thank you tremendously.

Most just spin their sticks , however , here you have explained that the sticks take the exact same paths as sabres cuts and do not simply spin . Basics are good for all of us . Very enjoyable very good basics
