You never said how much carrier oil to use, or what kind that was? What's the purpose of the carrier oil? Couldn't you just add the essential oil directly to the magnesium oil?
The carrier oil is to better dilute the essential oils for topical use. You can leave out, I just recommend adding an oil or moisturizer to your skin before spraying if you have essential oils in there.
why would magnesium chloride go bad it's just a salt brine solution. also for people who have irritation wet the skin first a bit that can help with the irritation. Stomach back and feet are places that are best absorbed
This was super clear! Thank you :)

Curious, why don’t you use MCT oil to put in the magnesium oil? What is the purpose of that?

@@jozefien1702 when you add oil to it, that’s when the shelf life decreases. If it’s just water and magnesium chloride, should be fine for a while!
@@plantedwithkatie well that's how magnesium chloride oil is made water and magnesium chloride flakes. They call it oil but it''s actually a brine
Excuse me, Do I have to put it outside or in the fridge? Thank you.
@@cambodiadragonhealer5543 it’s fine at room temp for 3-4 months as long as it’s not exposed to too much sunlight 💚
Does this make you itchy like some magnesium sprays?
I have since learned to add glycerin, aloe vera, and witch hazel for best results! I have some available at plantedherbals.com :)
Smart
good god your gorgeous
@@bolivershagnasty3851 that’s so sweet of you💚
Hi, Essential oils are very toxic. Make your own infusions to add to the magnesium spray. Overall, you have a very meaningful video.
I was just going to post about essential oils being toxic levels.
