Why can't we WHF at a company located in Sydney/Melbourne. Isn't the requirement that the physical location of work is the designated regional area? Could you please clarify?
Respected Madam, This is to bring into your notice the concerns of skill provisional visa 489 applicants who are still waiting for a decision on their visa application lodged for more than 33 months ago. Subclass489 visa superseded by Subclass491 in 2019 doesn't mean that it should be forgotten one. Ever since the Australian Goverment shut the international borders in March, 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Home Affairs(DHA) have halted the processing of 489 offshore visa applications.Please, a humble request to clear SC489 backlog.Most of those applicants have passed the average processing time published on DHA website for this visa category. Nobody in their right mind would go out there. It is a semi desert area with very few opportunities for people. No medical care, scant housing, lack of educational facilities for children are just a few matters to consider. Most people move away from here for a better future elsewhere. There is always someone who is trying to make money from you!

You can do Certificate III or Certificate IV Aged care or Disability courses.
