Very inspiring u ur Shanti. I was a Sporean but now live in Perth, WA. Must be hard to recover in the Tropical weather. Since u ur such a talented athlete, Spore should fund u to train overseas especially in a temperate country because u will recover much faster.
No she is a sprinter not an endurance athlete it doesn’t matter. Actually warm weather is best for sprinting as muscles are warm
Impressive…It’s always great to see a young woman perfecting her skills to achieve maximum successes in the up coming Olympics….I’ll be watching to see what she achieves in August.

There's been one too many Shanti video publicity since 2023 especially. I sure didn't see such frequent video postings by NBC about Shacarri Richardson? I think such overkill is sending the wrong signal to people that she constantly needs to get on video publicly to deal with her own guilt about her doping. As if making more videos makes people think less that she is doping, which is just wrong.
Two things:
1) This isn't NBC. This is an Asian news channel covering an Asian sprinter.
2) Everyone is doping buddy! That's no longer up for debate. Almost every single one of these sprinters have been caught.
You get more videos about her because you watch so many that youtube thinks you want more, duh. I get plenty of Richardson because I watch videos about her enough.

I'm inspired by Shanti for her smart cheating method. She works hard yes, but it's because if cheaters dun work hard then the cheating method won't take effect. I respect her for her hard work despite cheat. If anything it sends a clear message that if you want to cheat you jolly work harder than clean athletes.

What it takes is to be born fast. 😂. Sprinters are born....not made.
Having that muscle type isn't much help if you don't train it. You might be born with more of one muscle type than the other, but you still need to train up to be competitive against others.
