The concept video was already insane, but the way they managed to translate it so well on stage?… absolute genius
right?? i think the only things i wish they kept (mostly because it just translated so well) was the sad face on the hand, and the second dead (?) person being dragged from the line😭

Please get this video a better title World of Dance ... Including the name of the song, the choreographer. It deserves it. I saw a piece of this in an insta reel, and wanted to see the whole thing. But I had to really search hard to find it. This is one of the coolest dance videos I've EVER seen. It deserves way more exposure.

Was looking for someone to comment on him. His face and performance quality, the musicality in the intricate movements, the way he attacks the accented steps and claps, and the way he pushes through his torso when he does simple marches, makes him a compelling person to watch!

This is a masterclass of dance. the dancers in this gave 110 percent and nothing less. forever obsessed. I cannot stop smiling and my jaw is on the floor

I remember back when I used to do dance competitions, you weren’t considered great unless you could do an aerial or a million fouettés (which are impressive don’t get me wrong) but I’m so happy to see that this type of creative contemporary dance is being featured and appreciated. No crazy tricks, just amazing dance

Holy shiiiiiii---- this is so impactful. Like, this is what choreographers mean when they say they want it clean and want everyone to give 100%. It was so magical, almost like a more aggressive Wes Anderson film somehow, but more fun.

My absolute favourite part is 3:11 . The way everyone is so passionate about this dance it’s so beautiful. The artistry and creativity in this choreography and the dancers themselves tell a story and show true love for dance.

This is absolutely amazing… I don’t have a single musical bone in my body but couldn’t stop watching the original concept video and wondering how would it look like as a live performance. Gotta say, it looks even better. The only thing I miss it the slow-mo flying chair.

Esta coreografía difiere de la original que subieron al canal del coreógrafo. Se nota en las adaptaciones que hicieron y magistralmente resolvieron. Ahora bien, hay un momento que en el otro video no entendía y esta vez me dejó con los ojos llorosos. El minuto 2:48 representa la pelea de los amantes, esta vez fue mucho mejor. Casi quise llorar por tanta emotividad, la forma en que simplemente se funden con los otros bailarines es magistral. Esto es una obra de arte y de corazón agradezco al coreógrafo y bailarines por su interpretación.

Translating a chorography from film or video is definitely one of the most hardest things to do because you have to learn how to direct people's attention to certain parts when it's live on stage. The transition periods from each part of dance to the next was genius.

I love that we can see both the live stage version and the dance for film version, and how they are similar and yet different. Still one of the best things I've seen in a long time, and so thankful that I can watch them both on repeat via an online platform. I'd love to know how they placed at this particular World of Dance competition.

Oh my God amazing choreography amazing dancers. This is the best dance performance I have ever seen. I saw the studio recorded version as well which is so breathtakingly awesome but here you can see they do it in one single take and it is fucking perfect.

I had watched it's video edited version and liked it very much. While looking for more information by thinking how great it was, I came across this performance. This live acting was incredibly impressive and awe-inspiring. They even got me dancing in front of the TV screen. Awesome!!!
so, like, another thing... their angles. like, they're very aware of their angles - and not just their own, but how they're contributing to the hive's angles. (is 'hive' a work in dance talk?). anyway... just noticing. feels smart of them.
