*About This Sound Bath*
❤️The Root Chakra, also known as the Muladhara, is the first Chakra located at the base of the spine. It represents our foundation and connection to the earth, and is associated with the color red.

❤️This Chakra is responsible for our sense of safety, security, and survival instincts. It governs the physical body and is associated with the adrenal glands, kidneys, legs, and feet.

❤️When this Chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, stable, and secure in ourselves and our environment. However, if it is blocked, we may experience feelings of anxiety, fear, and instability.

❤️This sound bath incorporates the singing bowl note C 257hz which is said to be the note connected to the Root Chakra. These deep vibrations will bring a comforting pulse throughout your body and clear out any energetic blockages that may be stuck in your root.

✨The Chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest text called the Vedas. Chakras are energy centers within the body that are believed to play a significant role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The word "Chakra" comes from the Sanskrit language and translates to "wheel" or "disk."

There are seven main Chakras that are commonly recognized, each located along the spine, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. These Chakras are believed to be connected to different aspects of our physical and emotional experiences, such as our sense of security, our ability to communicate, and our capacity for love and compassion.

When our chakras are in balance, energy flows freely through them, supporting our overall health and vitality. However, if a chakra becomes blocked or out of balance, it can affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual health, leading to issues such as anxiety, depression, or physical ailments.

I also completely agree. It would be especially great if there were such short videos for two or three chakras at the same time. Especially for the lower chakras. According to my feelings, the lower chakras are the most problematic chakras. In the modern world, we really lack grounding and rootedness.

Today while I was talking to someone about spiritual things this chakra started to open. It was an odd sensation. First it vibrated. Then I got almost a streaching or pulling. It does not hurt at all.
Problem is, I have a spinal fusion. I am also over 50. This is the one part of my spine that is not fused. Since I practice Western Magick, I am confused what to do next.
I have been working with the Goetic Hierarchy and Qlipoth. When I meditate I see neon colors and sea creatures, a lot of stingrays and octopus. But I also see people with metal hands and some lighting rod thing. Am I loosing my mind?
