I like to listen to this while journaling, meditation, practicing yoga, or whenever I’m feeling like I’m in a funk when I’m alone and need some vibrations to shake loose stagnant energy. I had a dream my sister (younger by 14 mos and ♓) was in a pool and I (oldest, ♑) kept struggling to get into the pool. I kept running into obstacles. When I finally made it to the pool, she handed me a bag of bright red, yellow and blue crystals.... and now I'm here. ❤❤❤

The three singing bowls used here are tuned to the three notes of a major triad. I presume this reflects the relationship between the root, solar plexus and throat chakras. This is very helpful knowledge and insight into chakra vibrations. Thank you very much. I feel much benefit from the sounds.

Interesting too how you can't name a triad without having a root, and you can't identify its quality (major/minor) without the 3rd. The 5th further adds clarity and color to the expression (augmented/diminished).

I woke up early today, put this on and went back to bed with the intentions of meeting my spirit guides and I think I did! Within an hour I as dreaming and I see a horse on the side of someone's front yard kicking dirt. So I knock on the door and there she was. I can still see her face in my head. Amazing. That's the first time I've met her. She said nothing juat smiled as I asked her about the horse. That was it

When I tell you I had a profound experience I mean I really physically experienced blockages being released with this sound bath. I put in some earbuds and placed a citrine crystal ball over my chakras. It’s like the crystal ball amplified the vibrations and it really broke through something. I cried a lot. I released so much pain that I didn’t know I was still carrying with me. I have a long way to go on my healing journey but this audio definitely helped.
