I get the complaint, but it’s hard to agree with it in this case. It’s more engaging and concise to have characters go through their discussion while they’re traveling rather than have them stand in one place and talk for thirty minutes.
Joe definitely forgot all of the Odin stories from the first game. My reaction to Odin asking Kratos for peace was "lol fuck off", Joe was actually surprised when Kratos refused the deal.
What would be the consequences of lying to Odin right there though? It's not like he's the devil and was tricking them into some kind of contract, if he was just going to break the terms of the deal, why couldn't they? Could have bought them some time. Of course, the game had to happen so that why, but still.

say you wanted 800 grams of 85% lean, you can assume there's about 120 grams of fat and 680 grams of remaining meat. If you have 80% lean, then 400 grams of meat will get you 80 grams of fat, and 90% lean will get you 40 grams of fat. combining your total meat you should have about 120 grams of fat and 680 grams of meat. so in theory, you should have even fat to a medium lean ground beef patty if you keep your splits even and the medium lean is directly half of the other two. If they weren't completely even, you'd still get a good balance of in-between if you don't want that 80% lean. there could be some level of fat that integrates differently depending on how you mix and cook it, because pre-ground meat is going to behave a bit differently with higher fat content.
can't believe they just named the bear boss "björn". idk which would be funnier, this or just having it say "bear" in english, as if it's a normal animal. except "björn" is also just a name so, it almost implies that the bear's name is literally "bear". so maybe that's funnier still.
about that meat question: if its just about fat contents it kinda works out when mixed. if it was a solid piece of meat then no we at home usually mix pork and beef to get a good fat content vs dryness
