The body looks decent and in my personal opinion,I think it looks much better on the monster truck chassis especially being it has such wide wheel arches.
Excellent running video Richard! Love the look of this rig. I too agree with others that this body is crying out for larger tires to give it a beefier look! Kind of like some of those high lift mods from 1.9 to 2.2 wheels that Matt did on a few larger scale rigs over at SBG.

I would love to get this one BUT! it has no interior and the taillights although this body is pretty big so it maybe can fit them. I got stuck between the Apache and this one. The Apache is great but It’s not waterproof and don’t has two speed transmission. But It definitely better in details. This one is more like a performance RC truck. This one has portals, two speeds, and It’s waterproof

Good job. The max smasher's smaller body might be the only FMS that is 1/24. The FCX24 is the best 1/18, and the blazer does look really nice.
Yes most likely the only 1/24 body. It’s tiny. FCX is very nice. I want to do a head to head test with it against the others.
What scrowdrive bit+size have you used to remove the bumber/roof section.

I don’t think they’ll do that for the FCX trucks. None of them have had it so far, I agree it would be nice.
Have you tried oil in the FMS shocks that include the o-rings?
Sounds like a lot of extra work when I could be building dumpsters instead

@@turksandjerps it has less detail than I wanted is what I mean. Which gave me an idea: convert it to the previous generation K5 with the whole top off and a full cage and as much interior as can fit, but keep the windshield. It would lower the COG and look dope at the same time.
Except I’m broke and not set up to do anything like this rn anyway lol.

There are several part numbers for the complete body but it's possibly these: C3088/C3089/C3090/C3113

Scx24 is outdated, btw your scx is also made in china like mostly everything else.. why do you think we constantly need to change parts and upgrade ? It's all cheap china junk.. but it's fun !
Putting a 1:18 scale body on a 1:24 scale chassis is a really cheap way to enter the 1:18 scale world! I think the trx4m was a slam dunk for the 1:18 scale crawler size. Don’t get upset it’s just my opinion. It’s still a nice truck but I prefer a truck that has been completely engineered in its scale.
I agree with this but then again the fms 1/18 line is better than the trx4m in all ways
What makes this chassis 1/24 scale? It’s the same width and uses the same size axles and parts as other 1/18 models. With some tuning (not something I like to do) this FCX could keep up with the TRX4M. Right now I’d say that’s my two favorite small scale trucks.
The trx4m might be as good of a crawler with an extra $100. But then you have to spend another 25 if you want headlights, which this one comes with, and then if you want to go fast and still crawl like the fcx you got to put another $150 into a brushless system. So the trx4m is clearly not a good option compared to this. I have a trx4m just telling the facts
