I made a Italian style sandwich and ate it.

1. Cut the bread.
2. Put the bread in the oven and bake it slightly.
3. Apply basil pesto.
4. Topping with fresh mozzarella cheese.
5. Sun-dried tomatoes Topping.
■ Caution: Always be careful when using the oven
(Because it is very hot, use it after wearing very thick oven gloves)

Semi sun dried tomatoes are more suitable for sandwich they are far more tender and nicer the full sun dried, just 4 half large green olives would of been perfect for that touch of acid. Your baking and the work you put into your descriptions are excellent. Continental delicatessen owner.

Lovely, but fresh semi sun dried would of been so much nicer.
