1/3 cup ranch dressing
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 /2 complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sazon
vegetable rice
2 cups long grain white rice
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups water
1 cup mixed vegetables
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp annato or 1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
stir fry veggies
1 large carrot
2 cups bora/ long bean
2 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup broccoli
1 medium onions
1 cup chopped bell peppers
2 tbsp garlic
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp bouillon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp butter
green seasoning
use as much or as little of these as you like

3 half chickens

5 pieces red snapper
1/4 cup green seasoning
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp old bay seasoning
2 tsp fish seasoning

1/2 tbsp butter for each fish

Good afternoon, I'm late for lunch but I am here now. I was extremely busy yesterday so today I'm catching up on all of the foods that I have missed 😮.You meal is really looking good like always. That rice is cooked beautifully and the vegetables are those of my likeness. The chicken is marinated exceptionally well and made to complement the entire meal.. you are an awesome cook. A perfect Mother’s Day meal. I like the yogurt as part of the marinade as it really tenderizes the chicken and gives a great flavor. My mom is no longer with me so that would be my Mother’s Day to me. Looks amazing. Happy Mother’s Day to you and all your viewers who are mothers. ❤❤
I'm so sorry for your loss, catering to the mother's that are here isn't excluding the mom that aren't here with us, my husband's mom passed away aswell and we still include and acknowledge her on that day, we take flowers to her grave and mention her in prayers while blessing the food.
