Cold Heart actually got a buff, where the damage ramp up transfers to multiple targets within a second. So against multiple people you just delete them and only need to ramp up on the first target. Makes it actually really viable for pvp imo
So sad that hierarchy of need is so bad. I really thought Bungie would give it a new secret effect once warmind cells went away since we only had it for 1 season with the secret interaction they could just update the secret perk so shooting any "construct" gives a larger ring. And they could use tangles or possibly fire sprites and void breaches. It's also just a cool looking bow so I want it to be good.
@@connormcateer7125 it's good on one build with warlock. That doesn't make it a good weapon. Delicate tomb has okay arc builds on all classes but that doesn't mean it's good.
yeah, it's SUCH an amazingly cool weapon, it's unfortunately just painful to use in its current form. Maybe next year when I make this video it will have been buffed!
@@x9x9x9x9x9 Apex predator is good at one thing in DPS. Just cause it fulfills one use well doesn’t make it a bad weapon. It’s a meta GM build for warlocks using it to refuel the arguably most important super in the game since it has the extra perk of giving a ton of super energy on kill. You can get a 2nd in your own well. Additionally it can work on multiple classes, it just pairs best with warlock bc it has a ton of synergies. Universal-ness doesn’t make a weapon good or not good. It’s Solar this season too, so it can give the radiant buff making it basically intrinsic anti barrier, so the only other bow possibly worth running (for warlock, the other classes still benefit from wish) is le monarque, and hierarchy is better suited for most synergies.
As an Ostio Striga fan, I agree with the original ranking on here, at least when in most Crucible games. However, it becomes a LOT of fun in Momentum Control.
I agree with most of this list - But having Wishender in B-tier, in the current meta, is wild. Easily an S-tier weapon, one of the most oppressive weapons in the game in 3v3s, at least until its upcoming nerf in a few weeks. Having it in the same tier as Bad Juju is laughable.
i'd personally say coldheart is on the border of d tier if used correctly, the cold fusion perk is just a better target lock since it only needs hits and not headshots, and it was updated so the charge up to that effect is preserved for a few seconds after releasing the trigger, so you can tap fire it to preserve ammo kinda like div and the bubble, it's far from the best but e tier doesn't seem accurate, but that's just my thoughts on it and ultimately i have no say in it's placement
One thing you forgot about Polaris Lance: It also causes your kill to explode if it was a precision kill. Situational, of course, but fun when enemies are stacking up. Also, good vs rift-camping warlocks
Revision Zero user here, one thing I tend to do with it is pair it with Knucklehead as it involves a lot of ADSing and the old foetracer perk makes it S tier tbh
Shadow u have to try final warning again but hipfire... there is a learning curve to this sidearm and it's crazy if u get the hang of it. Just aim at the enemy till it locks, turn the corner or go behind cover, hip fire at the air, profit

@Blackarot. yes but you get the advantage of being behind cover. As I said, it's a learning curve but if you get the hang of it, you can mess gaurdians up because they don't expect it.
I love Malfeasance in both pve and pvp. And The Huckleberry in pvp and free roam pve. Both such great weapons and require little to no effort to pull off the perks to their glorious maximum effect.
You’re using the wish keeper wrong, the trap is meant to be set before hand. Expect where the enemy is gonna be and set the trap, they also will get disoriented from the sudden shift in hight

Buried Bloodline actually slaps in PvP but it’s all about the situations you’re In… like sure if they’re moving around or floating not great… but mid range or steady long range can kill easily… 2 tap to the head provided they’re not being all shifty with their movement

Last Word in S Tier is crazy it should be A it’s not competing with the other weapons in the S Tier in on controller in this current smg meta using that gun makes you a daring guardian so I would strongly argue A Tier
I think S tier is fair considering it’s the only exotic hand cannon without a catalyst and still does amazing, and it’s one of the only weapons that’s made strictly for pvp

As much I respect you shadow, i strongly disagree with your trespasser rank. Trespasser is easily A tier. Not only does it feel amazing and kill really fast, it has 100% perfect hipfire accuracy.
Shadow respect your content and videos in general, but you have Final Warning wrong. You don't need to fully charge it, the hip fire can track around walls and barricades and its a weapon that can consistently kill supers. While it does have a learning curve to use, sticking it in E tier is doing it a disservice.

the heirarchy of needs rating is problematic imo. its much better if you just tap the trigger and dont charge an arrow at all. you can just bombard that void pk titan with tracking projectiles and watch him suffer lol. anyways yeah, i find it fun.
good video, but I feel like you're giving a bit too much credit to some of the higher tier weapons especially, other than cryosethia. cryo is criminally underrated and im glad someones giving it the credit it deserves. but like is tarrabah really considered overpowered and broken? and do merciless, borealis, and quicksilver storm really dominate? personally i almost never see any of those A-tier weapons i listed, and if I do, they arent very good. In most cases, there are legendary weapons that are just straight up better, and even though this is an exotic tier list, I don't think they should be ranked that high if there's just a better weapon that doesn't take up the exotic slot
Literally just watching the first clip kinda shows me what I already need to know. 1. Hipfire isn't meant to snipe 2. You literally didn't even try in the clip.

Here's a little secret about malfeasance, it completely counters both roaming void titan and arc staff, even when they block the shots, they still explode, im risking this being discovered to be unintentional and patched out by saying this but hey if nore people get to enjoy my favourite guj, i'll risk that any day, also its amazing against unstoppables when you're trying to conserve ammo
I love Cryosythesia 77k I’m working on the catalyst but somehow I’ve encountered people who were immune to my charge shot and didn’t freeze to a direct hit in crucible
I've been using Crimson and thanks to that gun alone I've been hitting kill streaks that I never would have been able to otherwise. And yes before you say anything the last announcement Bungie made, crimson will be getting nerfed. but until then I will be grinning ear to ear with those clean 2 burst headshots
Rat King in the tier list below Jotunn hurts my feelings. Great list though. Would live to see legendary weapons ranked too ( you could omit some, there are a metric ton of them).

Conditional Finality the shotgun that got me to use shotguns in pvp...i hated using them until i got my hands on it...i call it the super shotgun of destiny 2 not only due to it being a sawed off double barrel but it works very very similar to the super shotgun from doom! it is currently my favorite exotic weapon and hasn't left the inventory of my hunter since getting it!
I think Sweet Business should be a bit higher, it's more of a support weapon. You can use it to completely shut down lanes because if someone peeks you they're dead. Still isn't great at high levels, but putting it below Eriana's is absolutely disrespectful.
I just got conditional finality to drop this past weekend and MAN, it slaps so hard. Im a mainly pve player and i absolutely love how it feels so i know ill love it in pvp as well. Heres praying they dont nerf it at all dur to pvp dominance 😭
Hard disagree for the vexcalibur placement. Free void overshield means a lot to void titans with offensive bulwark. Don't even need ammo to get it. It deserves D tier.
dead Messenger is WAY better when you use it with a Stasis Subclass. it destroys crystals like nothing, so the combo can be devastating. however, it does restrict it to the Stasis Subclass for it to be viable in PVP
Symetrie in PVP is actually quite strong 2 reasons. one you are not permitted to use alt fire mode all the time which gives you slower autoaim shots that also deal a bit of aoe damage. as it is not very common used it is quite efficient on long range encounters as people often missjudge how it functions. However its drawback is that the slow fire mode in close combat is extremly bad to use. Overall I would say C-Tier in PVP even it can reach a solid b tier with the right builds
Its weird seeing sweet business in D tier after going flawless a few times with it. What i like to do is ramp it up before taking a gunfight because it can reload instantly. I've won a fair share of 1v3s in trials because of it.
I love Vergales Curve in PvP, as well as skyburners. I also destroy with Ruinous Effigy, It makes people so mad. Use Ruinous with Astrocyte Verse and a nice handcannon and you destroy.
Great Video! I'm rearranging some of my PVP loadouts to include the S and SS tier weapons, but Graviton Lance will always remain in at least one loadout due to the disrespect it shows opponents that are sent tumbling when they are destroyed by it.

Wish Ender at B tier is wild. Easily an S-tier weapon or the very least A-tier. Free wall hacks + team shot potential for a 2tap
For the homing bullets with final warning U MUST HIP FIRE THE WHOLE CHARGING PROCESS AND STAY IN HIP FIRE WHILE FIRING
You don't have to hip fire the whole time. You can switch between firing mode while it's firing :/

I’d suggest that Wishender is better than a B-tier given how common it is in Trials.
Cold heart actually melts if you use it right. You need to use mask of bakaris and tap fire it and the thing melts. 👍🏼 ide put in at least C tier

the heirarchy of needs rating is problematic imo. its much better if you just tap the trigger and dont charge an arrow at all. you can just bombard that void pk titan with tracking projectiles and watch him suffer lol. anyways yeah, i find it fun.
.. the projectiles deal like 2 damage though? You’d just be tickling them, doesn’t sound like a good strategy 🤣

good video, but I feel like you're giving a bit too much credit to some of the higher tier weapons especially, other than cryosethia. cryo is criminally underrated and im glad someones giving it the credit it deserves. but like is tarrabah really considered overpowered and broken? and do merciless, borealis, and quicksilver storm really dominate? personally i almost never see any of those A-tier weapons i listed, and if I do, they arent very good. In most cases, there are legendary weapons that are just straight up better, and even though this is an exotic tier list, I don't think they should be ranked that high if there's just a better weapon that doesn't take up the exotic slot
Literally just watching the first clip kinda shows me what I already need to know. 1. Hipfire isn't meant to snipe 2. You literally didn't even try in the clip.

Here's a little secret about malfeasance, it completely counters both roaming void titan and arc staff, even when they block the shots, they still explode, im risking this being discovered to be unintentional and patched out by saying this but hey if nore people get to enjoy my favourite guj, i'll risk that any day, also its amazing against unstoppables when you're trying to conserve ammo

I've been using Crimson and thanks to that gun alone I've been hitting kill streaks that I never would have been able to otherwise. And yes before you say anything the last announcement Bungie made, crimson will be getting nerfed. but until then I will be grinning ear to ear with those clean 2 burst headshots

Conditional Finality the shotgun that got me to use shotguns in pvp...i hated using them until i got my hands on it...i call it the super shotgun of destiny 2 not only due to it being a sawed off double barrel but it works very very similar to the super shotgun from doom! it is currently my favorite exotic weapon and hasn't left the inventory of my hunter since getting it!
I think Sweet Business should be a bit higher, it's more of a support weapon. You can use it to completely shut down lanes because if someone peeks you they're dead. Still isn't great at high levels, but putting it below Eriana's is absolutely disrespectful.

dead Messenger is WAY better when you use it with a Stasis Subclass. it destroys crystals like nothing, so the combo can be devastating. however, it does restrict it to the Stasis Subclass for it to be viable in PVP
In my opinion touch of malice would be more useful on warlock due to the fact that warlocks have their healing rifts
Symetrie in PVP is actually quite strong 2 reasons. one you are not permitted to use alt fire mode all the time which gives you slower autoaim shots that also deal a bit of aoe damage. as it is not very common used it is quite efficient on long range encounters as people often missjudge how it functions. However its drawback is that the slow fire mode in close combat is extremly bad to use.
Overall I would say C-Tier in PVP even it can reach a solid b tier with the right builds
Its weird seeing sweet business in D tier after going flawless a few times with it. What i like to do is ramp it up before taking a gunfight because it can reload instantly. I've won a fair share of 1v3s in trials because of it.
I love Vergales Curve in PvP, as well as skyburners. I also destroy with Ruinous Effigy, It makes people so mad. Use Ruinous with Astrocyte Verse and a nice handcannon and you destroy.
Great Video! I'm rearranging some of my PVP loadouts to include the S and SS tier weapons, but Graviton Lance will always remain in at least one loadout due to the disrespect it shows opponents that are sent tumbling when they are destroyed by it.
Mida is insane and should be way higher. The kills im about to get with that gun makes no sense lol
I find use in Cerberus. I do decent with it unlike things like Trace Rifles, Last Word, some Shotguns and Snipers.
