I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the video. Thank you for your question. I don't promote this video as friendly/safe for osteoporosis. Of course, the answer definitely depends on the degree or severity of your osteoporosis and you should always check with your doctor or physical therapist. For the majority of people with osteoporosis, in my opinion, all of the exercises are osteoporosis friendly/safe. Cat/Cow pose should be done slowly and carefully without extreme rounding (Cat) or arching (Cow) of the spine. Just make the movements smaller and more gentle. The spine moves in a Cat/Cow shape throughout our day; for example rounded in a fetal position when we sleep or sit in an easy chair/couch or slumped at a computer and arched when we wake up and take a stretch or when we reach up for something on a high shelf. Don't do Cat/Cow fast and extreme. In the other poses in this video, try to make sure to keep your spine nice and long and tall. Don't round your back or fold forward from the waistline. Always hinge from the hips. Be especially mindful of this when doing the squat. Keep your spine tall when squatting and don't squat down quite as far so that you are not putting extra load on your spine. I hope this information helps.
So glad I found your channel. I'm 75 and like your easy to follow clear instructions. Love the elevator analogy for Kiegel exercises.
