Overheating and fast battery problems but overall Its a very good phone and I never regretted buying it. Even iPhone users want me to shoot photos on my phone instead of iPhones 😂
The stills looked ok , the video you could see the white balance flickering , and even with the very slow panning it did not look overly smooth imo , a bit over hyped imo , and not forgetting the free bugs . And these days , most modern more expensive phones regardless of brand have the word flagship attached to them , but they have minimal hardware features , and almost no accessories in the box , hardly what you would call a " flagship " compared to older high end phones , other than a decent screen and camera . Meh .
I've never had a battery drain, or overheating problem. My Pixel 6 Pro always last all day long, and I use it normally. No real bugs outside of the random signal drop, but even that's rare. So I'm loving mine
I have no idea what they did with the june update, but it completely fixed my P6 Pro. Before that it was probably the worst smartphone experience i ever had, tons of bugs, camera kept crashing, battery lost 10-15% over night etc. Ever since the june update it's flawless, no bugs or slowdowns, battery finally only loses 1-2% over night, camera works flawlessly and even during fast charging it doesn't even get warm anymore and the fingerpint sensor isn't instant, usually takes a second, but it never needs multiple tries.
Loving my pixel 6 Pro, great camera set up, love all the different options and love the smart software features - Call Screening, speech to type, blocking spam SMS and notification light when a camera or microphone is on. Would also recommend googles wireless charger, phone automatically transitions through your favorite photo albums when charging during the day (at night it doesn't, that would be annoying). The fingerprint sensor is the only downside for me so far.

@@Anthony5ist No regrets so far. The main improvement over the S9 would be performance (my S9 was starting to struggle with multi-tasking, so the increase from 3GB to 8GB of ram is very noticeable). Although I didn't have any issues with the S9 software (it was my second Sammy), I do prefer the P6 'pure' Android experience, less bloated and some useful features (call screening, voice typing is fast/accurate, not to mention the infamous Pixel camera smarts). I miss the rear mounted fingerprint reader on the S9 though, the in screen reader in the P6 is definitely slower and I prefer the placement on the rear - your finger automatically finds the indent when you pick the S9 up! With the P7 launch just around the corner, the P6 is already starting to drop in price, so would be a good time to upgrade. Btw, I'm using the P6, not P6 Pro (the P6 doesn't appear to have as many reported bugs as the Pro and the size was closer to the S9).
Coming from an iphone I'm not in love with it but do enjoy using it. The battery, call dropping and Bluetooth have been a bit of a headache but overall it's a good phone and believe the future for pixels is promising. I'm now interested in trying a zfold now.
Agree, as an iPhone user also I notice the slow finger print reader before the phone unlocks, but the battery life and straight out bugs absolutely stinks. I bought it for the camera, but that’s quite inconsistent for me.
One of things that worked for me with the phone being hot issue, was turning off the adaptive battery and adaptive networking features in the settings. Phone is now cool as a cucumber and also i haven't (so far) seen a decrease in battery life and network signals! (I have the p6p by the way)

I don't know why they have the camera's sticking out so much, as well as why they removed the fingerprint scanned at the back of the phone, which works great on older models.
I love my Pixel 6 pro. Have it since day one and never had any issues with bugs or the fingerprint sensor. But it can get quite hot even when you just browse the web. And the camera bar feels a bit cheap and plasticky and it gets very very dirty.

I have had the standard Pixel 6 for 4 months and unfortunately I've moved to an S22+. I wanted to love it so much and did in parts. But man is the Pixel firmware just buggy with almost every app. Don't get me started with its 4G/5G issues which they still haven't fixed. Since getting my S22+ I've had zero bugs. In a nutshell, the camera works a dream, it all looks amazing. But the small hiccups along the way just wound me up so much.
@@stevem4829 Quite liking it. I used to own an S9+ and it's a shame they skimped on the OLED screen and memory card slot. But yeah glad to be back with a Galaxy Plus again
I'm completely happy with my 6 pro, I must be one of the lucky ones who's fingerprint scanner works each and every time, even with a screen protector on. Yes it does seem to overheat even when not doing intensive tasks but it doesn't affect it functioning properly. Photo's are awesome even in low light or at least to my aging peepers.
Camera (3/5): Shooting photos and videos with this phone main camera is amazing, even in low light. It would always impress me, the stabilization is also good. The downside is the ultra wide camera. Shooting videos in low light with the ultra wide camera results in a washed out video. The quality is so bad that it is embarrassing to call this a "Pro" version. My 3 years old OP8 (OnePlus 8) shoots a way better ultra wide video in low light, and the camera is the OP's weakest point... The front camera photos are underwhelming. The telephoto is great, however, I only got to test it in normal lighting. Battery (1/5): This is a 5000 mAh battery device, it should last you the whole day without any trouble. Left home with 72% charge on my OP8 and 78% on the Pixel. I used Google Maps on my OP8 for 1h34m, 30 minutes of it is probably searching for places, the rest was for navigating around the cities. On the other hand, I used the Pixel for taking a few photos and 2 short videos, not more than 10 minutes of usage. Used it for chatting for around 45 minutes. This was a 8 hour trip. The OP8 went down from 72 to 39, the pixel went down frok 78 to 32. 33% with 1h34m Maps vs 46% with 45 min of chatting and a few shots and 2 videos. I tried Anker's 30W charger, and it charged around 13% in 10 minutes - definitely not 30W, my OP8 does 20% in 9 minutes. The phone's battery did well on Wi-Fi though, so the problem might be with it cellular receiver. Software (2/5): Google's phones are known for their "software". I am not impressed by it, not even a little bit. The camera app would crash so frequently that it got on my nerves. I bought this phone to take photos, and it has built its image on simply doing that, but they can't program an app that functions properly. Google assistant does not work when the phone is locked. I enabled the option in the settings for the assistant to give personal data when locked, but it didn't work. The routines in the Google Assistant didn't work either. The rest of the commands worked fine. Performance (3/5): The phone is fast, I didn't challenge it much except with compressing some videos. It is fast, and weirdly enough, it compresses videos to smaller sizes than on my OP8. It does heat up a little while compressing but that seemed normal to me. However, I noticed that it heats up a lot more with normal use (taking a short video, sharing it, chatting a little bit, UA-cam) than my OP8. Build (4/5): The phones looks amazing to me (highly subjective) and feels premium. However, the display seems hollow to me when I tap on it with my finger nails, comparing it to a Samsung A31, Note 5 and the OP8. I bought the white color - Google (and pretty much all companies) feels like they need to call it some weird name cloudy starlight or whatever - and it looked quite good. I hated the shiny aluminum frame, it looked like the shiny plastic frames you find on the A series from Samsung. The speakers are not good at all, but I am used to the OP8, which has one of the best speakers out there. I can't exactly describe how it sounds, but it sounds like when you turn on the "surrounding" setting for your headphones. Fingerprint reader (3/5): It is fast enough when it actually tries to read your fingerprint. What does that mean? There were many cases where I lift the phone, it lights up and shows the fingerprint reader, I place my finger there and nothing happens. I lift my finger and retry, and it reads it perfectly, never missing. I guess the phone would wait for the animation to finish playing before attempting to read my fingerprint.
I had the p6 standard for a little bit and the major complaints I had were; Not bright enough No Dolby Atmos Shite finger print reader, better be ultrasonic or improved a lot And maybe faster charge speeds would be nice even just 50w, but this is just a minor issue
Had a few niggles but i love mine. Excellent camera and UI etc. Love the editing options. Still prefer my Huawei P30 PRO though even now and if it wasn't for the ban I'd have had the P50 pro. 👍
@@TheNuranga123 It has a lot of positives. I'm happy overall. The camera is key for me and it's very good but zoom could be better and the fact it's Googles own phone for updates etc is a plus.
My fingerprint sensor on Pixel 6 Pro started to work recently! Last update I gave it another shot, registered two of my fingers again ... and nothing worked, same old same old ... day later, no restart, no change in settings it started mysteriously working, and it still works almost flawlessly. I have no clue why I was blessed with working FPS after it pretty much ignored me for half of the year. Might be down to some mysterious hidden update ... like USB DAC or VoLTE in pretty much every country :) Still PFS on my OG Pixel and Pixel 5 works much better.
I am a day 1 adopter and the phone getting hot is an understatement. During gaming sessions it can get to unbearable levels. The front sensor I've had some issues with and I still have no idea why they behind the rear finger sensor of the pixel 3 that was so perfect. The performance is there though, everything looks and feels great. I think across the board I enjoyed my pixel 3 more than my pixel 6. But if you are needing a strong and modern flagship phone its certainly stronger and I'll be using it for the forseeable future.
I love the pixel 6 pro, I'm not going to sit there and say that there haven't been people with major issues. However, I will say that with the most recent June update most of my complaints with the device have been solved. It seems like there have been a lot of people complaining about signal with the device, in my experience I do agree it isn't as good as some devices that I have used but it is far from the worst of any device either.
In terms of photos: they look very good in general. But when you look closer you will see ghosting from artificial background blurring. The same comes with lighting up dark areas and details. But astrophotography is very nice on this one. And Pixel 6 Pro is a nice point and shoot mobile camera.
Had it, return it back after 1 week. Fingerprint issues, overheating are the least of it's problem. Much happier with a more polished and trouble free s22 ultra.
Hey listening to the new Coheed album. 👍 I'll say my experience with the pixel 6 pro has gotten consistently worse since original purchase. Bugs have gotten more and more annoying with app crashes or UI crashing when switching between apps. If I'm outside in shade or no using my phone any longer than a few moments I am guaranteed to get the heat notification. And cell connectivity is seemingly getting worse too which is odd. Loved my pixel 2 xl and pixel 4 xl, their limitations were the battery. Pixel 6 pro has great battery though so there's that. 🤷♂️
Since launch I've still never run into any finger print reader issues on my 6pro. Everything else is true. Random bugs. Phone gets warm but never any performance issues. Great phone overall.
I got the pixel 6 pro when it launched and with everything you have said in the re review I can confirm, the one thing I really don't like about it is when you are on a call and go to a different app on just on the phone. You get a Google phone pop out head thing and every time I have turned it off it reappears. I would love it if Google went back to how it was when this phone launched
Hi Uncle Chris, I bought the Google 6 Pro on launch and found it an amazing experience. Never had a finger print issue and found myself being a bit of a google finger print defender. Unfortunately I have noticed a couple of odd things over time. The finger print reader will work well for a span of time before for no apparent reason it begins to misbehave and I have to use my blasted pin. Then it goes back to normal and all is right with the world. The other strange thing I have noticed is that if you unlock your phone it is a little on the sluggish side. However if I use my finger print for an app such as my banking app or google pay it is much more responsive and even a touch quicker. Still over all I still love this phone and I still feel it gets far more criticism than a Samsung or most other phone brands would get if they had the same issues.
As someone who loves android and has had nexus phones in the past, I just couldn’t bring myself to get the pixel. £800+ with a poor fingerprint reader, bugs and abysmal battery life. Went for the 13 pro max instead and have no regrets.
Love it, thank you for the recent review mine is underway switching from a lenovo legion duel 2 pro since lenovo never updated the software and abandoned the phone so went for something for the longrun of software
Got my pixle 6 pro bout 6 weeks ago, best phone I've had but I did love my Sony Xperia 5 mk ii tho before my pixle 6 pro, I did think it would be to big for me at first but I love the size n the screen of the pixle 6 pro the most, If any1 is thinking of upgrading or changing phones I can recommend the pixle 6 pro, can't stand Apple stuff n I'm a Android person
I only really had some issues with the fingerprint scanner ( better than previous phones) but now it's better than ever. The only really annoying bug is I now cannot use the Google assistant to make phone calls from the lockscreen without unlocking the phone
I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for your thorough and insightful review of the Google Pixel 6 Pro. Your dedication to providing in-depth information after using the device for six months truly sets your content apart. I appreciate the humor you infuse into your reviews, making them not only informative but also enjoyable to watch. Your attention to detail in dissecting the features and functionality of the Google Pixel 6 Pro has been immensely helpful for someone like me who values a comprehensive understanding before making a tech purchase. Your commitment to sharing your experiences adds a personal touch that resonates with your audience. While I commend your overall content quality, I would like to express a concern regarding the use of profanity in your reviews. As a viewer, I find that it detracts from the professionalism of your otherwise excellent work. I believe your reviews can maintain their authenticity and humor without the need for explicit language. Your reviews have been instrumental in helping me make informed decisions, and I look forward to more of your content in the future.
As funny and counter-intuitive it is, you need to "moisture" the finger to make sure is not dry if the fingerprint is not working and you will be amazed how well it works. The fingerprint I mean, especially the thumb...optical and sonic btw.
I actually am upgrading from the pixel 6 to the pro, I had serious issues for basically every update until June and it's quite nice now. The problem for me is I came from 120hz so 90hz feels a little choppy and I really do miss the telephoto. The rest is amazing tho I have to admit.
Just got my pixel 6 pro last weekend, switched from being on iPhone since 2014 last android I had was the htc one m8 , gotta say it's good to be back on Android and I'm loving the pixel 6 pro
Great video. Xiaomi band 7...... 1 month review most probably. Coz I've been looking at that thing on your wrist for some time now but no video out yet 😐.
What Pixel has made aware is the google software team is beyond incompetent. Almost a whole year later and I still have customers trying to return the device after only 5 days of use because the flash is flashing in their eyes during a call, it is bugged, or has zero cellular connectivity. Zero excuse after so many years of making phones. Almost as bad as Moto’s horrible cellular antennas or Apple’s iPhone 12 screen freezing.
I am amazed that even now YT reviewers are not speaking out about this phone. Almost makes me think that something else is in play. No one should buy the Pixel 6 as it is a dumpster dive and although some maybe lucky, overall it is extremly sub-par.
@@andyH_England yes! There's cool features but it sucks at any of the basics! The only way I think reviews can be honest is if they are using it as like a 3rd phone they only have to use a few times.
Sold my P6P and went back to the 5a, I run duel sim (1 x physical and 1 x eSim). Previous pixels like 5 and 5a run with it fine but the P6P was terrible, especially battery life. Couldn't get a full day out of it even with light use (30% power drain on cellular standby alone!!), constant call drop outs and network failures. Went back to the 5a and now get all day battery life and no call drop outs, much happier now. Wonder if it has something to do with the tensor v snapdragon....
Both have their ok points and less good points , for me the curved edge screen is an instant fail , had three of the bastards , vowed to never have another , but you do get free bugs on the pixel :) , as for the galaxy , now the s models except the ultra have 1080 screens ( but at least they are flat ) , but no SD , no headphone jack , no accessories .....just like the crappy pixel , all these current and recent phones suck compared to older full featured models . Android in general imo has become a major disappointment in recent years .
Definitely experienced that slippery backing, before I got mine in a case it used to slide like a tiny glacier down the armrest of my couch and even down my leg if I was wearing something like business trousers! Ironically, got it in a case and just a few days later it slipped out of my hands, fell and totalled the screen - repair cost is AUD$530 which is more than half the cost of the Aussie launch pricing, that's through Google's official repair channel so the IP68 rating is guaranteed after the repair (allegedly). Interestingly the fingerprint sensor was excellent for me, huge step up over my bafflingly bad S20FE 5G that despite registering 4 digits only responses to left index finger, even after software updates. Pixel 6 Pro was fine on all four, just can't pick these things! Loved the cameras though, huge step up from S20FE 5G and my Wife's S21+ Cheers for the 6 month review mate, great video concept even for those of us who bought at launch, even for a sanity check on things that we're experiencing. Keep up the killer work mate!
My wife has had the regular 6 since day 1, she has been a pixel fan for a few years now and this has been mostly sub par. Always complaining about small bugs. The fingerprint scanner is by far the worst. The minor slow downs and all around midrange feel from a flagship is disappointing. The first time I believe that she will switch to IOS this year. The 3,3A,4,and 5 were and still are amazing but this 6 series are a pass, at least from her point of view.
I've had both the pixel 6 pro and the pixel 6. I've kept the pixel 6 as I found it way less buggy, just as you said. Weird that being a pro phone would cause so much fuckery in terms of how it performs....
Strange, usually stateside I hear of the P6 encountering more issues. I have a P6Pro and didn't have 99% of the reported issues. I really like the phone and my only complaints are how far behind everyday Android features are behind Apple. (ie. Android Auto)
It is based on a low-yield Exynos chip that generally rule of thumb means bad QC, so for everyone getting a good chip there is some poor user with a piece of crap.
Got the Pixel 6 (non pro), and it works so fast and smooth. Since the June update "most" bugs are fixed. Actually wondering how Android 13 will works out...
@TechSpurt what smart band are you wearing? I'm upgrading next year from a S21 Plus 5G as my partner is taking it over due to his A70 being old. Would you recommend the Pixel 6 next year? 🤔
Have had the P6 standard since launch. Great all around. Would've gotten the pro if it wasn't such a whale of a phone. The P6 is even a little too big for my taste! Glad I got the standard 6 though cause i've had no issues with bugs, it stays cool all the time and the battery can last me 2 days. Which is not quiet the case on the P6 pro I keep hearing. Cheers!
After June update no problems, loving the phone. Fingerprint Sensor works fine on mine. Even licked it watching the video, and worked straight away. :)
Pixel 6 Pro user here whilst this phone is a great phone, I think I'm gonna give the next Samsung s23 ultra a go next. Last few pixels have been great stock Android phones but I think Samsung is leading the way now

If you see this comment and you have a Pixel 6 download Android 13 beta RIGHT NOW all your problems will be fixed instantly. Google Tensor was not made for Android 12. It was made for Android 13! I tell everyone this and they buy me a beer two days later 🤣
Why, I keep asking why would a Trillion dollar company dump an Exynos in all but name on their customers? They are also using Exynos in the Pixel 7. I assume it is because Samsung cannot sell their chips and gives Google a cheap deal.
Also, testing wifi I get 300Mbps on my Pixel 6 and 450-500Mbps on my S22U (before I sold it) and 450Mbps on my new OPPO. The 5G is also much slower and also very eratic. Stress tests show that it throttles hard due to abnormal heat and battery tests have it consistently last in every comparison. I prefer my Pixel 5 for photos on the main camera though video is better on the 6. It has a few nice software tricks but those are never going to be enough to compensate for the rest of the package. Avoid.
Did anybody notice quicker charging times after some updates (phone is out for more then 6 months) - it used to be around 2 hours for a full charge - how does this looks now? are you guys using original google 30w charger too?

My sister has a pocco f3, is it a good phone? Should I buy the same or the same mark but the last one who came out?
Mine is less than 10 months old. It's never been dropped and is immaculate. Pros...camera, battery life. Cons...screen freezes. Screen flickers and goes milky and dim. Phone performance slows when storage approaches half full. Also redialing same number (when engaged, i.e ringing engaged Chinese takeaway) is SLOW SLOW. No rapid redial. I love the camera, though no real macro, and the zoom is generally good but can judder when zooming in. Image quality is very good. As a phone? It's average. I won't get another. Google customer service has been lousy.
Just Watched this Lovely video and I like what have seen so far but I am still left wondering is this Phone going to be a Worthy Upgrade to My Samsung S20+5G since this is what have had for over 1.5 Years now?
I must be doing something wrong, because my battery does not even make it to dinner time. (had it replaced, and the new battery is just as bad) Very disappointing. :(
If you're on 5G a lot, battery life will be less than ideal. For a phone and battery capacity of this size, it's a bit disappointing. Being on WiFi helps some, but still not the greatest battery life. Using battery optimization, and other battery saving tips can prolong the battery. Good luck.
I smashed my Galaxy S20+ last week. I couldn't stomach spending over a grand on a Samsung phone that will be getting a refresh next year, and at that price it doesn't even have an microSD slot, madness! Samsung were not getting any more of my money. WTF is wrong with the phone market these days? I picked up a 'like new' Pixel 6 Pro for a bargain £675. So far I'm impressed, first negative thing I noticed was how quickly it gets warm compared to my S20+, all phones get warm, but do something intensive for 20mins and feel the need to put it down for a while. At least here in the UK where it gets cold, my hands will be nice and toasty this winter. The screen, audio and sensor seem great right off the bat, but need to put it through it's paces. Seems like a solid upgrade from my older Galaxy.
Overheating and fast battery problems but overall Its a very good phone and I never regretted buying it. Even iPhone users want me to shoot photos on my phone instead of iPhones 😂

I swear you're like an advert that pops up based on your browsing history! I've just been on with vodafone about upgrading to the pro but thought I'd check some new reviews now to see if launch issues had been resolved! Great vid Chris!
I don't know why they have the camera's sticking out so much, as well as why they removed the fingerprint scanned at the back of the phone, which works great on older models.
its called progress
I love my Pixel 6 pro. Have it since day one and never had any issues with bugs or the fingerprint sensor. But it can get quite hot even when you just browse the web. And the camera bar feels a bit cheap and plasticky and it gets very very dirty.

Do you have a Case, and a Screen protector on your 6 Pro ?
I have The Spigen Tough Armor Case, and
A Whitestone Dome Screen Protector on mine.

As it happens, I rarely go outside.

I'm sold. Thank you for the review!!!
How you liking the s22 plus? I ordered it a few days ago. Waiting for it to arrive. Upgrading from a OnePlus 7 pro.

I love that you called your intro/recap "Just skip this bit" :D
Camera (3/5):
Shooting photos and videos with this phone main camera is amazing, even in low light.
Battery (1/5):
This is a 5000 mAh battery device, it should last you the whole day without any trouble.
Software (2/5):
Google's phones are known for their "software".
Performance (3/5):
The phone is fast, I didn't challenge it much except with compressing some videos.
Build (4/5):
The phones looks amazing to me (highly subjective) and feels premium.
Fingerprint reader (3/5):
It is fast enough when it actually tries to read your fingerprint.
I had the p6 standard for a little bit and the major complaints I had were;
Not bright enough
No Dolby Atmos
Shite finger print reader, better be ultrasonic or improved a lot
And maybe faster charge speeds would be nice even just 50w, but this is just a minor issue
Had a few niggles but i love mine. Excellent camera and UI etc. Love the editing options. Still prefer my Huawei P30 PRO though even now and if it wasn't for the ban I'd have had the P50 pro. 👍
Niggles? Careful now..
I have a p30pro at the moment. Do you reckon 6pro is a good upgrade?
@@TheNuranga123 It has a lot of positives. I'm happy overall. The camera is key for me and it's very good but zoom could be better and the fact it's Googles own phone for updates etc is a plus.

@@iseerashonal821 all bugs fixed as of September, but I sold it off few week back for P9PXL
Had no real issues at all with my Pro , and the fingerprint sensor is working much better after the update
@@TooComic not at all
My fingerprint sensor on Pixel 6 Pro started to work recently!
Might be down to some mysterious hidden update ... like USB DAC or VoLTE in pretty much every country :)
Still PFS on my OG Pixel and Pixel 5 works much better.
Exactly. Switched to the S22 ultra a week ago - no bugs, fast and reliable.
And $300 more expensive.

Well mine has just had its March major update. Uk. 650mb and I'm buggered if I can see any difference!!
Hey listening to the new Coheed album. 👍
I'll say my experience with the pixel 6 pro has gotten consistently worse since original purchase.
That Coheed album slaps hard 🔥
have pixel 6 pro bugs been fixed now in 2024 with the recent updates?
Can't say as I upgraded to the pixel 8 pro with most of the same sentiments still apply for the newer model. 🤷♂️
Since launch I've still never run into any finger print reader issues on my 6pro. Everything else is true. Random bugs. Phone gets warm but never any performance issues. Great phone overall.
@@TooComic warm
@@TooComic I've never shot a video long enough for it to over heat
I got the pixel 6 pro when it launched and with everything you have said in the re review I can confirm, the one thing I really don't like about it is when you are on a call and go to a different app on just on the phone. You get a Google phone pop out head thing and every time I have turned it off it reappears. I would love it if Google went back to how it was when this phone launched
Hi Uncle Chris,
I bought the Google 6 Pro on launch and found it an amazing experience.
Your phone is posessed by a sassy teenage girl's soul!🤣
Thanks Chris! Was hoping you would come back to the 6 Pro!

I actually am upgrading from the pixel 6 to the pro, I had serious issues for basically every update until June and it's quite nice now. The problem for me is I came from 120hz so 90hz feels a little choppy and I really do miss the telephoto. The rest is amazing tho I have to admit.

Great video. Xiaomi band 7...... 1 month review most probably. Coz I've been looking at that thing on your wrist for some time now but no video out yet 😐.
Google got somethings wrong with the Pro. Used 6 is discounted by $50-$100 while 6 Pro is $250-$300 on eBay.
I have large hands so I appreciate the big screens we have today.

It's nearly time for me to upgrade and can't decide between the pixel pro or the Samsung s22 plus 🤔
Wait for the pixel 7 pro in October, should be worth the wait
Both have their ok points and less good points , for me the curved edge screen is an instant fail , had three of the bastards , vowed to never have another , but you do get free bugs on the pixel :) , as for the galaxy , now the s models except the ultra have 1080 screens ( but at least they are flat ) , but no SD , no headphone jack , no accessories .....just like the crappy pixel , all these current and recent phones suck compared to older full featured models .
Android in general imo has become a major disappointment in recent years .
@@mikldude9376 just curious... What's with the curve screen? Slippery? Else?
@@MF_OXF would be another bug fest
Niiiice I have just been listening to that coheed album 😘
Loved the cameras though, huge step up from S20FE 5G and my Wife's S21+
Cheers for the 6 month review mate, great video concept even for those of us who bought at launch, even for a sanity check on things that we're experiencing. Keep up the killer work mate!
And nobody is talking about Astrophotography mode ... the one and only thing that made me switch!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Nice review will say the selfie camera is one of the best 👌 better than my s22 plus. )
I've had both the pixel 6 pro and the pixel 6. I've kept the pixel 6 as I found it way less buggy, just as you said. Weird that being a pro phone would cause so much fuckery in terms of how it performs....
I'm glad someone else picked up on the fact that these things slide off literally any surface
Yes get a case!

If you see this comment and you have a Pixel 6 download Android 13 beta RIGHT NOW all your problems will be fixed instantly. Google Tensor was not made for Android 12. It was made for Android 13! I tell everyone this and they buy me a beer two days later 🤣
As long as Google keeps using Exynos to repurpose into Tensor they will always be mobile hand warmers.

Good luck.
Too big. So sick of large phones. And two things make this phone look less premium: the uneven bottom bezel and the “seams” on the camera bar.
I have been tempted to buy this

What earbuds were you using on this video when you were talking about the audio ?
Scam !!!!!!!
It’s just the same😆 s20 = Pixel 6 Pro
