Actually just bought a 2015 Armada last month with 35K miles. I like the 2nd gen features but hate the design and exterior look. I always loved the design of the 1st gen so I traded in my 2011 pathfinder for the Armada.
The 2nd gen is actually a watered down Patrol that has been out since 2011. The only thing shared with the Titan is the engine...and maybe the steering wheel.
I scooped the 2014SV it's a Big Beefy V8 with Mucho Room. You don't Know Your Going Over 80mph in Such a Huge Vehicle because the Ride is So Smooth and balanced which is Weird especially since I Got 24's on It there's No Wobble at all. She Spins them Rims like Nobody's Buisness!
I traded my 2012 Armada to a 2020 model. 2020 is obviously more powerful but I missed the spaciousness of the old one. The 3rd row seat does not fold flat!!! it has a 15 degree angle that bothers me a lot on the new one. I spent thousands to keep the old one running and finally gave up due to wife complaining.
I owned a 2008 SE for 9 years and put 250k. On it. What killed me was the electrical. The battery got drained by the security system and I had to trade it in. Engine trans was still strong. Trouching arms sway bars were needed constantly. But watch out for your electrical.
Ay man you actually helped me decide which one I definitely should get, now all i gotta do is see if the price difference is worth it when seeing the contract up front. Btw that footwork was mad nice 🔥
The 1st gen Armada was built in the US and was based on the 1st gen Titan. Build quality isn't as high on the 1st gen. 2nd gen is based on the global Y62 Patrol platform. Far more capable vehicle. Better performance in every metric. More power, more torque, better towing and while the body styling of the 1st gen looks huge it's not any larger on the interior. 2nd gen wins hands down. If you buy a used one spend the money for a Carfax report if it isn't being reported and buy from a Nissan dealer so you're covered if you have to deal with the Cylinder 7 issue that some of the early engines had. Like any vehicle on the used market used car lots are looking to sell they don't have the network or ability to support any major issues after the sale. Overall the Armada is an awesome vehicle that can be a total steal on the used market compared to other full size SUVs

I prefer the 1st gen of Nissan Armada over the 2nd
I'm 12 and my grandma has a qx56 but same

I like your energy but I think some more facts and stats would make the video even better.
1st gen Armada looks a lot more powerful and bigger so 👍
But the 2nd gen Armada looks smaller and less powerful so 🤷🏽
1st generation is the better than the second. Back during the 2000's was the time when automakers took their time to build cars.
Man you need way more than 85 subscribers! The quality!!

I have an 2008 SE with 149 thousand miles put some engine work into it will it last ?

Also the headliner eventually needs replacing, it collapses out of the ceiling. Other than the fuel economy, I miss the 1st gen Armada.

Old Armada is based on the Tundra P/U; the new one is not
Hi bro , please tell me 2007 Nissan Armada se how many litres petrol will take full tank , please explain bro
Music needs to be turned down a notch
Nissan made a mistake changing to a smaller look. They should have kept the look of the previous gen. And just improved on it.
I hate that I bought my 2017 Armada Platinum. Nothing but problems!
I just bought 2022 platinum. What kind of problems are you having ?

@@dubc73 thank you for your response. Hopefully they ironed out the problems in the current iteration.
@@randymoreno9345 No problem. Good luck!
@@dubc73Damn sorry to hear that.
Sounds like you bought a bad one. Did you keep it and fix the problems ?
My first gen 2011 platinum has a lot more durability than my wife’s 2022

The best heavy duty SUV is the Expedition hands down.
