I just realized there’s a bit of a continuity error: in the end of Arkham Asylum Joker is shown to be missing a few teeth from the punch by Batman whilst in this comic and Arkham City he has a full row of teeth, I’m sure it was meant to be dentures but interesting how they never bring that up!
Ya I don’t think it was that big of a detail for them to talk about it again in the next game but it would’ve been cool and funny for Batman to figure out that Clayface was actually joker based on the missing teeth being regrown and have actual joker have the missing ones lol

The residual Titan formula in his body allowed him to regenerate the teeth he lost.

You should cover Batman Arkham Unhinged. It’s another series of Arkham City comics and are honestly amazing reads for the lore.
