Dr. Paul, I wish every doctor would watch this. I am ophthalmic technician and scribe so I have worked shoulder to shoulder with ophthalmologists for 7+ years. I’ve also faced my own health issues and have 2 sons with “higher needs.” I see the corruption and money hungry thirst for power in most of the physicians I have either worked with or encountered in my personal life. Most doctors I know are arrogant, self serving, slaves to the insurance companies. They’re quite honestly mindless sheep who refuse to learn, listen to a different point of view, or meet patients halfway. You are absolutely one of the good ones. Keep fighting the good fight and being a voice for healthcare providers who DO care, who would rather be wrong so the patient gets the help they need, and who don’t cave to the endless pressure of insurance, money, and greed. You are a blessing to your patients. In case you haven’t heard this lately, THANK YOU for unapologetically standing up for what’s right.

I can feel the warmth of your personality through the screen I can't imagine how comforting you are in real life. I have no idea why you may lose your practice that enrages me because I have several life long medical conditions and you are one of the very few doctors that I can genuinely tell are kind and caring. I don't believe you deserve to lose anything. You are a great doctor and a great source of information to newborns especially to me since all my friends are now having children and I want to be prepared to help in anyway possible.

You are my favorite pediatrician because you really care about all people. My son was recently diagnosed with pyloric stenosis. I had to question many doctors that told me I was feeding him wrong or the vomiting was normal reflux. After 2 ER visits and 2 trips to the hospital, an ultrasound showed a closed pyloris. I still can't stop shaking because my baby almost died.

@@goreyboyz8564 My bad, I had meant hysterectomy. If you look at the children's hospitals recent ads on this, they specifically say "gender affirming hysterectomies", and no that is not reversible. It is sterilization.
Even so, a child/teenager going through puberty should not receive such a procedure - that be a hysterectomy or a vasectomy. What damage would that do to a person's body who is still developing? This is child abuse. Only full grown adults should make that kind of a decision for themselves. I mean, an individual cannot drink until they are 18 years of age, but a 14 year old can get a hysterectomy?

Don't get your kids vaccinated. I am a MD/physician. They don't teach us anything about vaccines in med school, only to memorize vaccine schedule by heart. Thats it. We learned about mechanism of action, ingredients and side effects of every medication that EXISTS except for vaccines. We are programmed to never question them. I used to tell people: "vaccinate; it is the best thing medicine gave to humanity". I thought people who doubted vaccines were FOOLS. And I spoke openly about it. One day, out of curiosity, I decided to do my research and oh boy was I wrong. I was researching it endlessly for months. I was shocked. There is just so much that people and most doctors don't know. History was rewritten in my mind. I will not vaccinate my children. Good luck. Be careful. Think with your own head, whatever you decide, but don't let them think for you. God bless.

Actually, the US military doesn't just accept what's given. Their oath is to the US Constitution and they are obligated to question those in command when it is unethical, immoral or goes against the US Constitution. Because the military of today is so weakened, people are getting in trouble when they question, or they're leaving because of the lack of leadership.

    hii doctor
can u give me suggestions on my kid condition
he is 15 months old boy now
he will have fever only in hands, feet and head
if I neglect it and take it normal he gets high fever with vomit n heavy mucus formation in lungs
    can't even take breath
I checked with my indian doctors they said it's normal thing to have baby feet n hands hot
    it's started from his birth
if I give him p-120 paracetamol syrup
he will get back to normal
