Began selling sheet music about a year ago, inspired by a fantastic Goodwill find and one of your vids. Now the category is my best seller. Thanks! Question: What's the best way to store older, fragile sheet music? Do you store flat or in file folders or...?
You mentioned having a paper press for flattening out paper items. Can you tell me what you have and whether you recommend investing in one of those if you want to deal ephemera often?
It just amazes me the money you get for selling these items. I never go anywhere out of my bungalow to get the chance to find things like this to sell, but I sure love watching these videos and learning more and more information. Thank you, Don. Charles in the UK
I have a lot of old sheet music from the 1900’s. One of my questions is do they still sell with a stamp from the store or even a personal address, which is impossible to remove. All came through an auction.
As always, thanks for the actionable information. We are leaving shortly for some estate sales and then antique mall picking. There are at times not enough hours in the day and still maintain a life. Time management has become so important.
Very interesting info. I’m south of you in Dayton Ohio, and I see these type of sheet music all the time at the goodwill bins, sadly people that don’t know what they are doing tear them up and separate the pages as they root through the bins. I appreciate the info from you because I tend to look for the things that others are passing by.
Have some great old Victorian style postcards mostly Christmas & Valentine. I place them in clear frames and have sold most in sets. Get around $24-35 in my friends boutique and a vintage store locally.
Its selling it is what i find takes so long. What i noticed is on ebay ppl bid only .99 cents and a very expensive item sells for .99 cents!!! Im very new at this. Is there a way to avoid this from happening? I am not selling antique items worth a lot more than .99 cents!!! What do i do when that happens?
You set a minimum buy in bid at what is the least you're willing to take. So the minimum value of the item. Fir example if it's range is 200-300 start at 200.
I’m hearing that people are getting shadow banned by eBay for ending and selling similar. Is your sales down a bit or is everything about the same? Mine are down big.

I found that being a history buff goes well with reselling. Thank you!
Don’t throw out the cover of the Hawaiian sheet music! It sells and gets framed.

Do you have a video where you talk about some of the more desirable actors of the past?
So appreciate your generous sharing of your knowledge and experience !
Thorn birds. Nice just read about Barbra. What a interesting life she lead. I knew by how she carried her self. She had work ethics.
What would a good selling price for the issue of national geographic with the Afghan girl on the cover

Would love to maybe purchase things that you show on these videos. Do you have link or name to your eBay store? Thank you !!
Thanks 🙏 😊
Thanks for the video. Always great info. I clicked through a couple of the supply links in your description and got page missing messages on several.
The "Love Me While Loving is Good" tells me where the idea of the LaLa Land dance scene idea may have come from.
I’ve sold menus from both cobbs and toddle house

Don't start the auction at .99. Start at the lowest amount you are willing to take.
