I practiced this technique just after the video was posted, and now I can say after few days that it produced long time effects. I used to feel some energy knots after little bad thoughts we all have sometimes, and i could feel the release of them very more quickly and fluidly in the heart center. I knew it came from this practice, i really encourage anxious people to give it a try.

Sandy my brother! I've combined breathwork routines and cold shower for optional feeling, today I did 5 rounds of WHM squeeze on last breath and squeeze on breath back in retention to 3:00, I immediately followed it up with this amazing practice. Gratitude sir! Sometimes I'll combine sufi and Kundalini, it's kinda interesting to see what you can do after years in! I feel myself getting amazingly better each and every day! Sometimes I'll miss a day but never two in a row. 🧬🫁
And I picked up on this routine right away if it wasn't for the ocean breaths it'd be really challenging to get an 8 in and a 12 out. Once again thank you..chi miigwetch

Another great video Sandy! I've wanted to do breathwork for years. I read books, tried different videos, etc. and never found something that clicked with me. But I love your videos--love hearing you say all right at the beginning! I did the 10 minute energizing video for months and then branched out to others. You answered both my questions in the show notes. I knew you make your own music but I didn't know you do all the music. It's terrific and very suitable for each video. And, I was wondering where all these beautiful scenes are recorded.
