After three months of doing at least one of your videos on a daily basis, I finally had 100% focus when we got about halfway through the routine! Felt amazing to not having a single thought 🌟

I practiced this technique just after the video was posted, and now I can say after few days that it produced long time effects. I used to feel some energy knots after little bad thoughts we all have sometimes, and i could feel the release of them very more quickly and fluidly in the heart center. I knew it came from this practice, i really encourage anxious people to give it a try. Thank you boddhisatva Sandy.

I've combined breathwork routines and cold shower for optional feeling, today I did 5 rounds of WHM squeeze on last breath and squeeze on breath back in retention to 3:00, I immediately followed it up with this amazing practice. Gratitude sir! Sometimes I'll combine sufi and Kundalini, it's kinda interesting to see what you can do after years in! I feel myself getting amazingly better each and every day! Sometimes I'll miss a day but never two in a row. 🧬🫁
And I picked up on this routine right away if it wasn't for the ocean breaths it'd be really challenging to get an 8 in and a 12 out. Once again thank you..chi miigwetch
